Abstract

An improved grinding disc structure includes a support disc having first through holes and second through holes; a main disc body, with a distal surface connected onto the support disc, and having dust exhaust holes, a longitudinal guiding portion at the center, and a longitudinal guiding portion with outwardly extended transverse guiding portions and each dust exhaust hole corresponding to each first through hole, and each transverse guiding portion corresponding to each second through hole, and each transverse guiding portion being not interconnected with each dust exhaust hole; a grinding layer, disposed on another distal surface of the main disc body, and having through holes corresponding to each dust exhaust hole and the longitudinal guiding portion, such that each dust exhaust hole and the longitudinal guiding portion achieve the dust collection effect for the external portion and center of the grinding disc.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An improved grinding disc structure, comprising:
a support disc, coupled with a grinding machine having a vacuum hood, and said support disc having a plurality of first through holes and a plurality of second through holes thereon; a main disc body, with a distal surface coupled onto said support disc, and said distal surface of said main disc body having a plurality of dust exhaust holes, and said each dust exhaust hole being interconnected with said each corresponding first through hole on the support disc, and the center position of said main disc body having a longitudinal guiding portion, and said longitudinal guiding portion having a plurality of transverse guiding portions extended towards an external rim of said main disc body, and said each transverse guiding portion being interconnected with said each corresponding second through hole on said support disc, and a blocking portion being disposed between said each transverse guiding portion and said each dust exhaust hole, such that said each transverse guiding portion is not interconnected with said each dust exhaust hole; and a grinding layer, coupled to another distal surface of said main disc body, and having a plurality of through holes disposed on said grinding layer and interconnected with said each dust exhaust hole corresponding to said longitudinal guiding portion.

2 . The improved grinding disc structure of claim 1 , wherein said support disc includes a connecting element protruded from the center of said support disc, and said support disc is coupled to said grinding machine by said connecting element.

3 . The improved grinding disc structure of claim 1 , wherein said each dust exhaust hole includes a passage externally interconnected with the periphery of said main disc body.

4 . The improved grinding disc structure of claim 1 , wherein said each transverse guiding portion is interconnected with said each corresponding second through hole on said support disc by an external distal end of said transverse guiding portion.

5 . The improved grinding disc structure of claim 1 , wherein said grinding layer is comprised of an adhesive plate and a grinding sand paper.

6 . An improved grinding disc structure, comprising:
a support disc, coupled with a grinding machine having a vacuum hood, and said support disc having a plurality of through holes thereon; a main disc body, with a distal surface coupled onto said support disc, and the center position of said main disc body having a longitudinal guiding portion, and said longitudinal guiding portion having a plurality of transverse guiding portions extended in a direction towards an external rim of said main disc body, and said each transverse guiding portion being interconnected with said each corresponding second through hole on said support disc; and a grinding layer, coupled to another distal surface of said main disc body, and having a through hole disposed on said grinding layer and interconnected with said the longitudinal guiding portion.

7 . The improved grinding disc structure of claim 6 , wherein said support disc includes a connecting element protruded from the center of said support disc, and said support disc is coupled to said grinding machine by said connecting element.

8 . The improved grinding disc structure of claim 6 , wherein said main disc body further comprises a plurality of dust exhaust holes disposed on a distal surface of said main disc body, and said support disc further comprises a through hole interconnected with said each corresponding dust exhaust hole.

9 . The improved grinding disc structure of claim 8 , wherein said each dust exhaust hole includes a passage externally interconnected with the periphery of said main disc body.

10 . The improved grinding disc structure of claim 8 , further comprising a blocking portion disposed between said each dust exhaust hole and said each transverse guiding portion, such that said each transverse guiding portion is not interconnected with said each dust exhaust hole.

11 . The improved grinding disc structure of claim 6 , wherein said each transverse guiding portion is interconnected with said each corresponding through hole on said support disc by an external distal end of said transverse guiding portion.
