Abstract

A hair pin has an integral clip body. The clip body includes an outer frame and an inner clip. The outer frame has a first end and a second end with a gap, and a space connected to the gap. The inner clip has a first end with a bent portion and a second end with a gap, and a space connected to the gap. The second end of the inner clip is linked to bottom sides of the second end of the outer frame. By releasing the downwards pressed inner clip, hairs will be clipped between the inner clip and the outer frame by a restoring force of the clip body.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An integral hair pin made of a plastic material comprising:
 an outer frame ( 11 ) having a first end ( 111 ) and a second end ( 112 ) with a gap ( 114 ), and a space ( 113 ) defined within the outer frame ( 11 ) connected to the gap ( 114 ); an inner clip ( 12 ) having a first end ( 121 ) and a second end ( 122 ) with a gap ( 124 ), and a space ( 123 ) connected to the gap ( 124 ); two ends of the second end ( 122 ) separated by the gap ( 124 ) of the inner clip ( 12 ) being linked to bottom sides of two ends of the second end ( 112 ) separated by the gap ( 114 ) of the outer frame ( 11 ) respectively wherein the inner clip ( 12 ) is pressed downwards to open; by releasing the downwards pressed inner clip ( 12 ), a restoring force from joints between the inner clip ( 12 ) and the outer frame ( 11 ) will enclose the hair pin.

         2 . The hair pin as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a bent portion ( 125 ) is formed to a tip of the first end ( 121 ) of the inner clip ( 12 ).

3 . The hair pin as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the outer frame ( 11 ) and the inner clip ( 12 ) are formed in geometric shapes.
