Multifunctional integrated cleaner unit machine

Abstract

A multifunctional integrated cleaner unit machine includes a cabinet, washing basin and a full-automatic washing machine located in the cabinet. An enclosing frame is provided on an upper part of the cabinet. A cover corresponding with the full-automatic washing machine is hinged on the enclosing frame. A control panel and a main water inlet are provided at the enclosing frame. A dryer machine is located on one side of the full-automatic washing machine in the cabinet. The washing basin is located in the enclosing frame above the dryer machine. The washing machine, the washing basin and the dryer are combined into an integral machine with the security standard, thereby the multifunctional integrated cleaner unit machine has the advantages of small occupied area, low manufacturing cost, full functions, proper height, time saving in use, convenience, energy saving, convenient installation, little vibration and noise, low transporting cost and uniform integral style.

An integrated multifunctional laundry cleaner machine, comprising: a cabinet, a washing basin supported by said cabinet, and a full automatic washing machine unit supported by said cabinet adjacent to said washing basin, wherein said cabinet comprises a main water outlet pipe communicatively linking not only to a water drain hole and an overflow hole of said washing basin, but also to a water inlet of said washing machine unit, wherein an enclosing frame is provided at a top portion of said cabinet, wherein a washer cover is pivotally coupled with said enclosing frame to cover a top opening of said washing machine unit, wherein a washing machine control panel is provided at said enclosing frame for electrically controlling the operation of said washing machine unit, wherein a main water inlet is provided at said enclosing frame for guiding water to said washing machine unit and said washing basin, wherein a dryer machine unit is supported by said cabinet at a position adjacent to said washing machine unit, wherein a dryer door is provided at a front side of said cabinet to cover a front opening of said dryer machine unit, wherein said washing basin is supported by said enclosing frame at a position above said dryer machine unit. 
     
     
         2 . The integrated multifunctional laundry cleaner machine, as recited in  claim 1 , further comprising a storage compartment provided at said cabinet at a location between said washing basin and said dryer machine unit. 
     
     
         3 . The integrated multifunctional laundry cleaner machine, as recited in  claim 2 , further comprising a storage frame provided on top of said enclosing frame at a rear portion of said washing basin. 
     
     
         4 . The integrated multifunctional laundry cleaner machine, as recited in  claim 3 , further comprising a water shield mounted at said front side of said cabinet at a position above said dryer door. 
     
     
         5 . The integrated multifunctional laundry cleaner machine, as recited in  claim 4 , wherein a dryer machine control panel of said dryer machine unit is located at said front side of said cabinet at a location below said water shield. 
     
     
         6 . The integrated multifunctional laundry cleaner machine, as recited in  claim 1 , further comprising a water-sealed washing basin rim encircling a peripheral edge of said washing basin.

         12 . The integrated multifunctional laundry cleaner machine, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein a main water entering pipe of said cabinet is linked with a water inlet of said washing machine unit and a water inlet of said washing basin. 
     
     
         13 . The integrated multifunctional laundry cleaner machine, as recited in  claim 11 , wherein a main water entering pipe of said cabinet is linked with a water inlet of said washing machine unit and a water inlet of said washing basin. 
     
     
         14 . The integrated multifunctional laundry cleaner machine, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said washing basin is made by one of stamping forming of stainless sheet and mold injecting of plastic material. 
     
     
         15 . The integrated multifunctional laundry cleaner machine, as recited in  claim 13 , wherein said washing basin is made by one of stamping forming of stainless sheet and mold injecting of plastic material.

The integrated multifunctional laundry cleaner machine, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said washing basin has a multi-layered structure that said an outer layer of said washing basin is made by sheet forming or stamping forming of stainless sheet or by mold injecting of plastic material, wherein an inner layer of said washing basin is made of stainless steel, ceramic, or glass to form a water protection layer, wherein said inner layer is overlapped and sealed within said outer layer via sealing element and screw-nut configuration to retain said inner and outer layers in position.

The integrated multifunctional laundry cleaner machine, as recited in  claim 13 , wherein said washing basin has a multi-layered structure that said an outer layer of said washing basin is made by sheet forming or stamping forming of stainless sheet or by mold injecting of plastic material, wherein an inner layer of said washing basin is made of stainless steel, ceramic, or glass to form a water protection layer, wherein said inner layer is overlapped and sealed within said outer layer via sealing element and screw-nut configuration to retain said inner and outer layers in position.

The integrated multifunctional laundry cleaner machine, as recited in  claim 1 , wherein said enclosing frame and said washing basin are integrally formed as a one piece integrated body by one of sheet forming or stamping forming of stainless sheet and mold injecting of plastic material.

The integrated multifunctional laundry cleaner machine, as recited in  claim 13 , wherein said enclosing frame and said washing basin are integrally formed as a one piece integrated body by one of sheet forming or stamping forming of stainless sheet and mold injecting of plastic material.

The integrated multifunctional laundry cleaner machine, as recited in  claim 1 , further comprising a water heater apparatus for supplying hot water to said washing basin and said washing machine unit, wherein a cold water inlet of the water heater apparatus is communicatively connected to said main water inlet.

The integrated multifunctional laundry cleaner machine, as recited in  claim 12 , further comprising a water heater apparatus for supplying hot water to said washing basin and said washing machine unit, wherein a cold water inlet of the water heater apparatus is communicatively connected to said main water inlet.

The integrated multifunctional laundry cleaner machine, as recited in  claim 13 , further comprising a water heater apparatus for supplying hot water to said washing basin and said washing machine unit, wherein a cold water inlet of the water heater apparatus is communicatively connected to said main water inlet.

The integrated multifunctional laundry cleaner machine, as recited in  claim 20 , wherein a water heater control panel of said water heater control, said washing machine control panel, and said dryer machine control panel are integrated to form a main control panel electrically linked with a single power plug.

The integrated multifunctional laundry cleaner machine, as recited in  claim 21 , wherein a water heater control panel of said water heater control, said washing machine control panel, and said dryer machine control panel are integrated to form a main control panel electrically linked with a single power plug.
