Abstract

An arrangement for holding a tool fitting for driven tools has a spindle with a forward directed surface and a bore which intersects the forward directed surface and which, starting from the forward directed surface, extends rearwardly in order to receive a shaft of the tool fitting as well as with a device for locking the tool fitting with the spindle. Inner and an outer locking elements of the arrangement are engage a bayonet coupling and a manacle ring is engaged with the outside of the spindle. The manacle ring also acts directly on the outer locking element and the outer locking element is formed by a projecting element which engages in a blind stop groove in the inner locking element. The stop groove extends first axially and then subsequently radially in a circumferential surface of the tool fitting starting from an end face of the tool fitting.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An arrangement for holding a tool fitting ( 1 ) for driven tools, the arrangement comprising: a spindle ( 2 ) with a forward directed surface ( 3 ) and a bore ( 4 ) which intersects the forward directed surface ( 3 ) and which, starting from said forward directed surface, extends rearwardly in order to receive a shaft ( 5 ) of the tool fitting ( 1 ); a device ( 6 ) for locking the tool fitting ( 1 ) with the spindle ( 2 ); an inner locking element ( 7 ) and an outer locking element ( 8 ), the inner ( 7 ) and the outer ( 8 ) locking elements being engage with another in a bayonet coupling; a manacle ring ( 15 ) engaged with the spindle ( 2 ) on an outside of the spindle, said manacle ring ( 15 ) also acting directly onto the outer locking element ( 8 ); and the outer locking element ( 8 ) comprising a projecting element ( 9 ) which engages in a blind stop groove ( 12 ) in the inner locking element ( 7 ); said stop groove ( 12 ) extending first axially and subsequently radially in a circumferential surface ( 11 ) of the tool fitting ( 1 ), starting from an end face ( 10 ) of the tool fitting ( 1 ).

2 . The arrangement as claim in claim 1 , wherein that the projecting element ( 9 ) is held movably in an opening ( 13 ) of the spindle ( 2 ).

3 . The arrangement as claim in claim 2 , wherein the manacle ring ( 15 ) has an oblique ramp face ( 16 ) acting onto the projecting element ( 9 ).

4 . The arrangement as claim in claim 3 , wherein the manacle ring ( 15 ) has a clamping key for adjustment of the manacle ring ( 15 ) relative to the spindle ( 2 ).

         5 . The arrangement as claim in claim 4 , including a worm gear ( 18 ) acting between the manacle ring ( 15 ) and the spindle ( 2 ).

6 . The arrangement as claim in claim 5 , wherein the manacle ring ( 15 ) and the spindle ( 2 ) are coaxially screw-connected with one another by means of threads ( 19 ).

7 . The arrangement as claim in claim 6 , wherein the bore ( 4 ) for the reception of the shaft ( 5 ) of the tool fitting ( 1 ) is formed conically and a circumferential surface of the shaft is adapted thereto.

         8 . The arrangement as claim in claim 7 , wherein the tool fitting ( 1 ) includes a staying face ( 20 ) for contact on the forward directed surface ( 3 ) of the spindle ( 2 ).

9 . The arrangement as claim in claim 8 , including a static redundancy of contact faces between the spindle ( 2 ) and the tool fitting ( 1 ), wherein, after the clamping the conical faces ( 11 , 4 ) of the tool fitting ( 1 ) and the spindle ( 2 ) as well as also the forward directed surface ( 3 ) are formed such that they are in contact with the staying face ( 20 ).
