Cosmetic case for discharging powder
Abstract
Provided is a cosmetic case for discharging powder. The cosmetic case includes a bottle, a hair holder, a hair pan, an elastic member, and a cap. The bottle receives the powder therein and includes a stepped portion having a spiral portion. The hair holder is detachably installed at an upper portion of the bottle. The hair holder includes a plate, a hair pan insertion part, and an expansion part. A discharging hole is formed in a center of the hair holder. A hair is fixed to an upper portion of the hair pan. The hair pan is forcedly inserted into the hair pan insertion part and includes a discharging rod. The elastic member is disposed on a top surface of the plate and elastically and upwardly supports the hair pan. The cap is spirally coupled to the stepped portion of the plate. The cap includes a compression jaw on an inner surface thereof. The compression jaw compresses downwardly a flange to allow the discharging rod to block the discharging hole.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A cosmetic case for discharging powder, comprising:
a bottle receiving the powder therein, the bottle including a stepped portion having a spiral portion at an upper portion thereof; a hair holder detachably installed at an upper portion of the bottle, the hair holder including a plate having a stepped portion coupled to the spiral portion of the bottle at a lower portion thereof, a hair pan insertion part at an upper portion thereof, a selectively expanded and contracted expansion part connecting the plate to the hair pan insertion part at a middle portion thereof, and a discharging hole in a center thereof; a hair pan in which a hair is fixed to an upper portion thereof, the hair pan being forcedly inserted into the hair pan insertion part of the hair holder and including a discharging rod for selectively opening and closing the discharging hole of the hair holder at a lower center thereof; an elastic member disposed on a top surface of the plate of the hair holder, the elastic member elastically and upwardly supporting the hair pan to expand the expansion part; and a cap spirally coupled to the stepped portion of the plate, the cap including a compression jaw on an inner surface thereof such that the compression jaw compresses downwardly a flange disposed on an outer surface of the hair pan insertion part to allow the discharging rod of the hair pan to block the discharging hole.
2 . The cosmetic case of claim 1 , wherein a screw part is disposed on an outer surface of the stepped portion of the bottle, a female screw part and a male screw part are disposed on an inner surface and an outer surface of the stepped portion of the plate of the hair holder, respectively, and a female screw part is disposed on an inlet of the cap.
3 . The cosmetic case of claim 1 , wherein a plurality of powder passages is formed in a middle portion of the hair pan, and the powder within the bottle passes through the powder discharging hole of the hair holder and is discharged into the powder passages of the hair holder.
4 . The cosmetic case of claim 1 , wherein the elastic member comprises a helical compressive spring.
5 . The cosmetic case of claim 4 , wherein a fixing protrusion for fixing the helical compressive spring is disposed on the top surface of the plate.
6 . The cosmetic case of claim 1 , wherein, when the cap is closed, the compression jaw of the cap overcomes an elastic and repellent force of the elastic member and downwardly compresses the hair holder to compress the expansion part, thereby to allow the discharging rod of the hair pan to block the powder discharging hole, and
when the cap is opened, the expansion part is expanded by the elastic and repellent force of the elastic member to upwardly lift the hair holder, thereby to allow the discharging rod of the hair pan to open the powder discharging hole.
7 . The cosmetic case of claim 1 , wherein a ring-shaped filter is disposed in the discharging rod of the hair pan.
8 . The cosmetic case of claim 1 , wherein the plate, the hair pan insertion part, and the expansion part are integrally injection-molded.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
