Abstract

The present invention discloses a teapot with supple spout, including a teapot body, a supple spout, and a lid. Through assembling a supple spout onto a teapot body, a classical teapot will have a spout not easily chipped or broken. Besides, the teapot according to this application comprises a design at the upper and the lower parts of the teapot body, so that the teapots can be stacked up for saving space.

1 . A teapot with supple spout, comprising:
 a teapot body, comprising a teapot handle, a first opening located at one side opposite to the teapot handle, a second opening located at the top side of the teapot body, and a third opening located between the teapot handle and the second opening;   a supple spout, comprising a spout part, an extending part connected with the spout part, a block part connected with the extending part, and a tunnel through the spout part, the extending part, and the block part, wherein the extending part and the block part are passed through the first opening for positioning the supple spout onto the teapot body; and   a lid for covering the second opening, wherein the lid comprises a set of flexible fastening element, wherein the flexible fastening element(s) is/are passed through the third opening and bended to fasten the lid onto the teapot body, wherein the area of the lid is larger than the second opening.   
     
     
         2 . The teapot with supple spout of  claim 1 , further comprises an infuser, wherein the infuser comprises a filtering part and a handle part, wherein the handle part is connected with the filtering part by the upper portion of the filtering part. 
     
     
         3 . The teapot with supple spout of  claim 1 , further comprises a spout fastening set, the spout fastening set comprises a first fastening element and a second fastening element, wherein the first fastening element comprises a plane part, a hollow tube part connected with the plane part, and a dented part on one end far from the plane part of the hollow tube part, wherein the hollow tube part is passed through the extending part and the block into the inside space of the teapot body and the second fastening element is engaged with the first fastening element by the dented part to fasten the supple spout, wherein the spout fastening set further comprises a tunnel through the plane part, and the hollow tube part. 
     
     
         4 . The teapot with supple spout of  claim 3 , wherein said spout fastening set further comprises washer positioned between the second fastening element and the block part of the supple spout. 
     
     
         5 . The teapot with supple spout of  claim 1 , wherein said teapot body further comprises a bottom part, and a protruding part around the second opening, wherein the space surrounded by the protruding part is enough to accommodate the bottom part of another teapot with supple spout. 
     
     
         6 . The teapot with supple spout of  claim 1 , wherein the material of said teapot body is selected from pottery, porcelain, or glass. 
     
     
         7 . The teapot with supple spout of  claim 1 , wherein said supple spout is made of silicon. 
     
     
         8 . The teapot with supple spout of  claim 1 , wherein said lid is made of stainless-steel. 
     
     
         9 . The teapot with supple spout of  claim 1 , wherein said spout fastening set is made of stainless-steel. 
     
     
         10 . The teapot with supple spout of  claim 2 , wherein said infuser is made of stainless-steel.
