Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 117 . (canceled)
. A polypeptide that specifically binds to Ang2, said polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4 with at least one of: up to 2 amino acid substitutions, up to 1 deletion, or up to 1 insertion therein, wherein said polypeptide has at least one substitution, insertion or deletion,
and physiologically acceptable salts thereof.
. A polypeptide according to claim 118 , wherein said polypeptide comprises an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4 with 1 or 2 amino acid substitutions therein.
. A polypeptide according to claim 118 , wherein said polypeptide comprises an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4 with 1 or 2 conservative amino acid substitutions therein.
. A polypeptide according to claim 118 , wherein said polypeptide comprises an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4, with 1 conservative amino acid substitution therein.
. A polypeptide according to claim 118 , wherein said polypeptide comprises an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4 with 1 deletion therein.
. A polypeptide according to claim 118 , wherein said polypeptide comprises an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4 with 1 insertion therein.
. A polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide according to claim 118 .
. The polynucleotide according to claim 124 , wherein the polypeptide is encoded as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 46.
. An expression vector comprising the polynucleotide of claims 124 .
. A host cell comprising the expression vector of claim 126 .
. The host cell according to claim 127 wherein the cell is an E. coli cell.
. A method of inhibiting angiogenesis in a mammal comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the polypeptide according to claim 118 .
. A method of inhibiting tumor growth characterized by undesired angiogenesis in a mammal comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the polypeptide according to claim 118 .
. A method of treating cancer in a mammal comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the polypeptide according to claim 118 and a chemotherapeutic agent.
. A polypeptide that specifically binds to Ang-2, said polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 25 with at least one of up to 4 amino acid substitutions, up to 1 insertion or up to 1 deletion therein, wherein said polypeptide has at least one substitution, insertion or deletion,
and physiologically acceptable salts thereof.
. A polypeptide according to claim 132 , wherein said polypeptide comprises an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 25 with 1 or 2 amino acid substitutions or 1 deletion or 1 insertion therein.
. A polypeptide according to claim 132 , wherein said polypeptide comprises an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 25 with 1 or 2 amino acid substitutions therein.
. A polypeptide according to claim 132 , wherein said polypeptide comprises an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 25 with 1 or 2 conservative amino acid substitutions therein.
. A polypeptide according to claim 132 , wherein said polypeptide comprises an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 25 with 1 conservative amino acid substitution therein.
. A polypeptide according to claim 132 , wherein said polypeptide comprises an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 25 with 1 deletion therein.
. A polypeptide according to claim 132 , wherein said polypeptide comprises an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 25 with 1 insertion therein.
. The polypeptide according to claim 132 , wherein the Fc in SEQ ID NO: 25 is the Fc of a human IgG1.
. The polypeptide according to claim 139 , wherein the amino acid sequence of the Fc in SEQ ID NO: 25 is SEQ ID NO: 60.
. A method of inhibiting angiogenesis in a mammal comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the polypeptide according to claim 133 .
. A method of inhibiting tumor growth characterized by undesired angiogenesis in a mammal comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the polypeptide according to claim 133 .
. A method of treating cancer in a mammal comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of the polypeptide according to claim 133 and a chemotherapeutic agent.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
