Abstract
A heat dissipation device according to the present invention includes an inner tube to which heat from LED modules is to be transferred, first fins protruding from an outer surface of the inner tube in a direction crossing the outer surface, and an outer tube covering the inner tube. Moreover, heat is transferred from the surfaces of the inner tube, outer tube and first fins which form ventilation paths (medium paths) to the air flowing at an increased flow rate by a stack effect.

14 . A heat dissipation device for dissipating heat generated by a heat generating element, such as a light source, comprising
a medium path for spreading a heat exchanging medium, such as air, to a part of a heat dissipating section to which the heat from the heat generating element is transferred, the part being nearest to the heat generating element.
15 . The heat dissipation device according to claim 14 , wherein the medium path is constituted by an inner tube, an outer tube covering the inner tube, and a first fin which is provided between the inner tube and the outer tube and constitutes the heat dissipating section.
16 . The heat dissipation device according to claim 14 , wherein the heat dissipation device is made of a metal, and a surface of the heat dissipation device is coated.
17 . The heat dissipation device according to claim 14 , wherein the heat dissipation device is made of aluminum, and a surface of the heat dissipation device is anodized.
18 . A heat dissipation device for dissipating heat generated by a heat generating element, such as a light source, through a heat exchanging medium, such as air, from a heat dissipating section to which the heat from the heat generating element is to be transferred, comprising
a medium path for improving heat dissipation performance by reducing residence of air warmed by the heat from the heat generating element, or by increasing a flow rate of natural convection.
19 . The heat dissipation device according to claim 18 , wherein the medium path is constituted by an inner tube, an outer tube covering the inner tube, and a first fin which is provided between the inner tube and the outer tube and constitutes the heat dissipating section.
20 . The heat dissipation device according to claim 18 , wherein the heat dissipation device is made of a metal, and a surface of the heat dissipation device is coated.
21 . The heat dissipation device according to claims 18 , wherein the heat dissipation device is made of aluminum, and a surface of the heat dissipation device is anodized.
22 . A heat dissipation device for dissipating heat generated by a heat generating element to outside, comprising:
an inner tube to which the heat from the heat generating element is to be transferred; a first fin protruding from an outer surface of the inner tube in a direction crossing the outer surface; and an outer tube disposed to cover the inner tube.
23 . The heat dissipation device according to claim 22 , further comprising a second fin protruding from an outer surface of the outer tube.
24 . The heat dissipation device according to claim 22 , further comprising a third fin protruding from an inner surface of the inner tube.
25 . The heat dissipation device according to claim 22 , wherein the inner tube is provided with a vent for allowing air to pass through an interior of the inner tube.
26 . The heat dissipation device according to claim 22 , wherein the heat dissipation device has substantially a shell shape with a reduced diameter on one side in an axial direction of the inner tube.
27 . The heat dissipation device according to claim 22 , further comprising:
a heat transfer plate on which the inner tube is disposed upright and to which the heat from the heat generating element is to be transferred; and a turbulence promoter for disturbing a flow of air, the turbulence promoter being provided in a protruding manner on an edge of the heat transfer plate to face the inner tube.
28 . The heat dissipation device according to claim 22 , wherein the heat dissipation device is made of a metal, and a surface of the heat dissipation device is coated.
29 . The heat dissipation device according to claim 22 , wherein the heat dissipation device is made of aluminum, and a surface of the heat dissipation device is anodized.
30 . A lighting device with a light source, comprising a heat dissipation device of claim 14 , wherein
the heat dissipation device dissipates heat from the light source.
31 . The lighting device according to claim 30 , wherein the light source is an LED.
32 . A lighting device with a light source, comprising a heat dissipation device of claim 18 , wherein
the heat dissipation device dissipates heat from the light source.
33 . The lighting device according to claim 32 , wherein the light source is an LED.
34 . A lighting device with a light source, comprising a heat dissipation device of claim 22 , wherein
the heat dissipation device dissipates heat from the light source.
