Abstract

This invention discloses a pellet fuel combustion device, which comprises an electric arc ignition pin installed in the combustion chamber to generate high-voltage electric arc. The pellet fuels transported by the feeding mouth start burning once they touch the electric arc. High-voltage electric arc is generated by electric arc ignition pin the moment the pellet fuel combustion device starts up, which accelerates igniting speed greatly and reduces power consumption. Furthermore, the fuel pellets can achieve full burning by scattering and touching electric arc without bringing on smeek. Hence, this invention has great advantages over conventional ignitions which produce heat and fire by resistance wire.

1 . A pellet fuel combustion device, comprising
 a combustion chamber, which is used to burn pellet fuels with a feeding mouth on the sidewall;   a fuel delivery system, which is used to feed pellet fuels into the combustion chamber, the output of which connects to the feeding mouth;   an electric arc ignition system, which is used to produce electric arc to burn the pellet fuels delivered into the combustion chamber through the fuel delivery system.   
     
     
         2 . The pellet fuel combustion device according to  claim 1 , wherein the said electric arc ignition system comprises
 an electric arc ignition pin, which is used to produce electric arc by electric energy;   a power supply equipment, which is used to supply the electric arc ignition pin with power.   
     
     
         3 . The pellet fuel combustion device according to  claim 1 , wherein the said fuel feeding system comprises
 a fuel storage chamber, which is used to store pellet fuels;   a fuel feeding pipeline, which connects the fuel storage chamber with the feeding mouth of combustion chambered to transport the pellet fuels stored in the fuel storage chambers to the combustion chamber.   
     
     
         4 . The pellet fuel combustion device according to  claim 2 , wherein the said electric arc ignition pin is installed in the combustion chamber. 
     
     
         5 . The pellet fuel combustion device according to  claim 2 , wherein a blowing mouth is connected with blowing system. The said electric arc ignition pin is installed nearby in front of the blowing mouth. Electric arc generated by the electric arc ignition pin is stretched by the wind produced by the blowing system, and then reaches and ignites the pellet fuels. 
     
     
         6 . The pellet fuel combustion device according to  claim 5 , wherein the said blowing mouth is installed beneath the feeding mouth; a striker plate is arranged between the blowing mouth and feeding mouth; the said electric arc ignition pin is installed beneath the striker plate so that the pellet fuels transported from the feeding mouth to the combustion chamber can avoid falling onto the electric arc ignition pin directly. 
     
     
         7 . The pellet fuel combustion device according to  claim 2 , wherein the said power supply equipment comprises high-frequency oscillating circuits and a transformer. The input of the said high-frequency oscillating circuits connects power source and the output connects transformer. The output of the said transformer connects to the electric arc ignition pin. 
     
     
         8 . The pellet fuel combustion device according to  claim 2 , wherein the said power supply equipment is preferably arranged on printed board in an insulating box.

The pellet fuel combustion device according to c  claim 1 , wherein the high-frequency oscillating circuits comprise diode  1 ; triode  1 ; silicon controlled diode; capacitance  1 ; resistance  1 ; current-limiting resistance  7  and inductor; the cathode of diode  1  connects the input of power, the anode connects parallel resistance  1 , cathode  1  and cathode  2 , one end of resistance  1  connects diode  1 , the other to the transformer; one end of capacitance  1  connects diode  1 , the other to the cathode of diode  2 ; one end of capacitance  2  connects diode  1 , the other to the transformer by current-limiting resistance  7 ; capacitance  3  is parallel to diode  2 ; the anode of diode  2  connects the control electrode of silicon controlled diode by resistance  3 , the connection between the anode of diode  2  and resistance  3  connects the connection between capacitance  2  and current-limiting resistance  7 ; the base region of triode  1  whose emitter connects the common of diode  2  and capacitance  3  connects capacitance  2  by current-limiting resistance  7 , the connection between the emitter of triode  1  and the common of capacitance  2 , diode  2 , and capacitance  3  connects the base region of triode  2 , the collector of triode  1  connects the emitter of triode  2 ; the emitter of triode  3  connects the power by inductor, the connection between triode  3  and the inductor connects the connection between capacitance  1  and parallel diode  2  and capacitance  3 , resistance  6  is in parallel with the collector and the emitter of triode  2 , the connection connects the transformer by parallel resistance  4  and resistance  5 : the anode of silicon controlled diode connects the connection between emitter of triode  2  and collector of triode  1 , the connection between current-limiting resistance  7  and the cathode of silicon controlled diode connects transformer. 
     
     
         10 . The pellet fuel combustion device according to  claim 9 , wherein the said current-limiting resistance comprises multiple parallel resistances.
