Clamp-Type Garment Hanger

Abstract

A clamp-type garment hanger comprises a main body, a hook, and two clamps. The hook is connected to an upper side of the main body while the clamps are provided at two ends of the main body for clamping and holding an article. Each clamp includes a first jaw and a second jaw that are connected with each other. The first jaw and the second jaw are provided with opposite inner griping surfaces. The first jaw is provided with an arm protruded from the inner griping surface thereof and the arm is disposed with a step part on one side thereof. The second jaw is provided with a hole and an engaging protrusion is disposed at one peripheral side of the hole on the inner griping surface of the second jaw. When the clamp is closed, a tight engagement between the first and second jaws can be formed by inserting the arm into the hole to have the engaging protrusion and the step part engaged with each other for holding an article.

1 . A clamp-type garment hanger, comprising:
 a main body;   a hook connected to an upper side of the main body; and   two clamps provided respectively at two ends of the main body, where each clamp includes a first jaw and a second jaw that are connected with each other and provided with opposite inner griping surfaces respectively;   wherein the first jaw is provided with an arm on the inner griping surface thereof and the arm is disposed with a step part on one side thereof while the second jaw is provided with a hole and an engaging protrusion is disposed at one peripheral side of the hole on the inner griping surface of the second jaw;   whereby, when the clamp is closed, a tight engagement between the first and second jaws can be formed by inserting the arm into the hole to have the engaging protrusion and the step part engaged with each other.   
     
     
         2 . The clamp-type garment hanger as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the arm is in L shape and further includes an extension part at its terminal end. 
     
     
         3 . The clamp-type garment hanger as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein the first and the second jaws are provided with a ridge respectively on the inner griping surfaces thereof for clamping and holding an article when the clamp is closed. 
     
     
         4 . The clamp-type garment hanger as claimed in  claim 3 , wherein the ridges of two jaws are further provided with a step structure respectively for engagement with each other. 
     
     
         5 . The clamp-type garment hanger as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the step part further includes at least a step. 
     
     
         6 . A clamp-type garment hanger comprising:
 a main body;   a hook connected to an upper side of the main body; and   two clamps provided respectively at two ends of the main body, where each clamp includes a first jaw and a second jaw that are connected with each other and provided with opposite inner griping surfaces respectively, where the first and the second jaws are provided with a ridge respectively on the inner griping surfaces thereof for clamping and holding an article when the clamp is closed;   wherein the first jaw is provided with an arm on the inner griping surface thereof and the arm is disposed with a step part on one side thereof while the second jaw is provided with a hole and an engaging protrusion is disposed at one peripheral side of the hole on the inner griping surface of the second jaw;   whereby, when the clamp is closed, a tight engagement between the first and second jaws can be formed by inserting the arm into the hole to have the engaging protrusion and the step part engaged with each other.   
     
     
         7 . The clamp-type garment hanger as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein the ridges of two jaws are further provided with a step structure respectively for connection with each other. 
     
     
         8 . The clamp-type garment hanger as claimed in  claim 7 , wherein the ridges are disposed at the free ends of the first and the second jaws. 
     
     
         9 . The clamp-type garment hanger as claimed in  claim 6 , wherein the step part her includes at least a step.
