Abstract
A replacement and urging device for the bucket teeth of an engineering construction machine is disclosed. An adaptor is mounted with a bucket tooth. A first through hole holes horizontally through the adaptor. Both sides of the bucket tooth are formed with a second through hole, respectively. An engaging unit is interposed between the first through hole and the second through hole to slide between them. This enables the bucket tooth to be mounted and positioned on the adaptor. The invention thus prevents the bucket tooth from constantly hitting the adaptor.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A replacement and urging device for the bucket teeth of an engineering construction machine comprising:
an adaptor, which has a fixing part fixed to a bucket and having an inserting part protruding from the end far from the bucket, has a first through hole formed between two sides of the adaptor and horizontally going through the fixing part, and the first through hole having a center, two opposing ends, and a limiting part at the center; a bucket tooth, which has a slot corresponding to the inserting part on its one end and has a second through hole on both sides thereof, each of the second through holes being disposed opposite to each other and in communications with the slot and the bucket tooth being mounted on the inserting part of the adaptor by its slot; and an engaging unit, which is interposed and slides between the first through hole of the adaptor and the second through holes of the bucket tooth so that the bucket tooth is mounted and positioned on the adaptor.

The replacement and urging device for the bucket teeth of an engineering construction machine as in claim 1 , wherein the engaging unit includes two stopping posts and an elastic element; each stopping post having two ends; each stopping post is inserted into one end of the first through hole of the inserting part, one end of each stopping post protrudes from the first through hole into the corresponding second through hole; each stopping post has a groove on one end inside the first through hole; two grooves are formed opposite to each other; an elastic element with two ends is interposed between the two grooves with both ends thereof located inside the grooves to urge against the corresponding posts.
3 . The replacement and urging device for the bucket teeth of an engineering construction machine as in claim 2 , wherein the elastic element is an urging spring.
4 . The replacement and urging device for the bucket teeth of an engineering construction machine as in claim 2 , wherein the elastic element is urethane.

The replacement and urging device for the bucket teeth of an engineering construction machine as in claim 2 , wherein each stopping post is mounted with at least one stopping ring around the stopping post so that no alien objects falls between the stopping posts and the inserting part and into the grooves of the stopping posts.

The replacement and urging device for the bucket teeth of an engineering construction machine as in claim 2 , wherein the diameter of each of the second through holes is smaller than the outer diameter of the stopping posts; that the two opposite sidewalls inside the slot of the bucket teeth have a notch in communication with the second through holes; and that a stopping wall is formed between each of the second through holes and the corresponding notch by the diameter difference, the stopping walls stopping the stopping posts in the corresponding notches.

The replacement and urging device for the bucket teeth of an engineering construction machine as in claim 1 , wherein the engaging unit consists of two stopping posts, each of which is a magnet and inserted into both ends of the first through hole of the inserting part, respectively; that each of the stopping posts protrudes from the first through hole into the corresponding second through hole; and that the ends of the two stopping posts facing each other inside the first through hole have the same polarity.

The replacement and urging device for the bucket teeth of an engineering construction machine as in claim 7 , wherein each of the stopping posts is mounted with at least one stopping ring around it to prevent alien objects from falling into the stopping posts via the gap between the stopping posts and the inserting part.

The replacement and urging device for the bucket teeth of an engineering construction machine as in claim 7 , wherein the diameter of each of the second through holes is smaller than the outer diameter of the stopping posts; the two opposite sidewalls inside the slot of the bucket teeth have notches in communications with the second through hole; a stopping wall is formed between the second through holes and the notches due to the diameter difference; each of the stopping posts adheres into the corresponding stopping wall and stops at the corresponding notch.

The replacement and urging device, for the bucket teeth of an engineering construction machine as in claim 1 , wherein the engaging unit includes two stopping posts and an elastic element; each of the stopping posts is inserted into both ends of the first through hole of the inserting part, respectively; one end of the stopping posts protrudes from the first through hole into the corresponding second through hole; the bucket tooth has an inner guiding angle on the side that the second through holes face the slot; each of the stopping posts has an outer guiding angle on the end protruding from the first through hole and facing towards the fixing part; the outer guiding angle attaches onto the inner guiding angle of the second through holes of the bucket tooth; the depth of the outer guiding angle is smaller than the inner guiding angle; a flexible space is formed between the side of each of the stopping posts other than the outer guiding angle and the inner wall of the second through hole of the bucket tooth.
11 . The replacement and urging device for the bucket teeth of an engineering construction machine as in claim 10 , wherein the end of the stopping posts protruding from the first through hole has another outer guiding angle on the other side of the outer guiding angle.
12 . The replacement and urging device for the bucket teeth of an engineering construction machine as in claim 10 , wherein the elastic element is an urging spring.
13 . The replacement and urging device for the bucket teeth of an engineering construction machine as in claim 10 , wherein the elastic element is urethane.
14 .
