Thin-type spike intensifying structure
Abstract
A thin-type spike intensifying structure is formed by bending a predetermined plate with a punch finishing work. The thin-type spike includes an assembly part and a spike sheet, wherein the assembly part provides for fixing and assembling the spike at a bottom of a sports shoe, and the spike sheet is disposed at a side of the assembly part and manifests an arc-shape design through bending and protrusion. By the arc-shape structure design, a rigid structure of the spike is intensified, and the spike can be manufactured with a thin metal, such that the spike can be firm and tolerable, and a product can be lighter, in order to improve its practicability and advancement.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A thin-type spike intensifying structure which is an integrally formed plate, comprising an assembly part and a spike sheet; the assembly part being a thin plate, a side of which being bended and protruded with the arc-shape spike sheet; by the arc-shape structure design, a rigid structure of the spike being intensified.
2 . The thin-type spike intensifying structure according to claim 1 , wherein the assembly part is provided with an assembly hole.
3 . The thin-type spike intensifying structure according to claim 1 , wherein at two sides of the spike sheet, close to bended locations, are provided with expanded edges which are extended to the assembly part.
4 . The thin-type spike intensifying structure according to claim 1 , wherein a bended location at an exterior side of the spike sheet is provided with a groove which is extended to the assembly part, with an inner side of the groove being formed with a ridge having an intensifying effect.
5 . The thin-type spike intensifying structure according to claim 1 , wherein the groove is further extended toward a bottom of the spike sheet.
6 . A thin-type spike intensifying structure which is an integrally formed plate, comprising an assembly part and a spike sheet; the assembly part being a thin plate, a side of which being bended and protruded with the arc-shape spike sheet, and two side edges of the arc-shape spoke sheet being extended with slant flat plates; by the arc-shape structure design, a rigid structure of the spike being intensified.
7 . The thin-type spike intensifying structure according to claim 6 , wherein the assembly part is provided with an assembly hole.
8 . The thin-type spike intensifying structure according to claim 6 , wherein at two sides of the spike sheet, close to bended locations, are provided with expanded edges which are extended to the assembly part.
9 . The thin-type spike intensifying structure according to claim 6 , wherein a bended location at an exterior side of the spike sheet is provided with a groove which is extended to the assembly part, with an inner side of the groove being formed with a ridge having an intensifying effect.
10 . The thin-type spike intensifying structure according to claim 6 , wherein the groove is further extended toward a bottom of the spike sheet.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
