Abstract
A nail clipper including threaded supporting shaft and threaded inner wall of a blade body the most away from the lever. The threaded supporting shaft and the threaded inner wall of the blade body can be screwed together clockwise and counterclockwise to adjust the distance between the two cutting edges.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A nail clipper, comprising:
a first blade body having a first cutting edge at a first end, and the first blade body having a first supporting shaft hole adjacent to the first cutting edge; a second blade body having a second cutting edge at a second end, and the second blade body having a second supporting shaft hole adjacent to the second cutting edge, and the second blade body fixed with the first blade body and the second cutting edge of the second blade body and first cutting edge of the first blade body facing with each other to form a cutting mouth; a lever contacted to the second blade body for bringing the first and second cutting edges into press contact with each other by leverage; a supporting shaft disposed through the first supporting shaft hole of the first blade body, through the second supporting shaft hole of the second blade body and coupled with the lever, wherein the supporting shaft is rotatable within a range of 360 degrees in the first and second supporting shaft holes and by rotating the lever centering around the supporting shaft clockwise or counterclockwise rotates the supporting shaft in the first and second supporting shaft holes clockwise or counterclockwise, and at least a portion of the supporting shaft is threaded and at least the threaded portion of the supporting shaft is in cylindrical shape, and the inner wall of the first supporting shaft hole is threaded and in cylindrical shape, and the threaded portion of the supporting shaft and the threaded inner wall of the first supporting shaft hole are screwed with each other clockwise or counterclockwise either by rotating the lever centering around the supporting shaft or by applying screwdriver to rotate the supporting shaft clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the distance between the first and second cutting edges.
2 . The nail clipper of claim 1 , wherein the first blade body further comprises
a third end opposite to the first end, and the second blade body further comprises a fourth end opposite to the second end, and the third end fixes with the fourth end.
3 . The nail clipper of claim 1 , wherein the first blade body further comprises
a third end opposite to the first end, and the third end fixes with the second blade body.
4 . The nail clipper of claim 1 , wherein the second blade body further comprises a third end opposite to the second end, and the third end fixes with the first blade body.
5 . The nail clipper of claim 1 , wherein the supporting shaft screws with the first supporting shaft hole to have the first cutting edge of the first blade body and the second cutting edge of the second blade body touch with each other for providing better safety to children.
6 . The nail clipper of claim 2 , wherein the supporting shaft screws with the first supporting shaft hole to have the first cutting edge of the first blade body and the second cutting edge of the second blade body touch with each other for providing better safety to children.
7 . The nail clipper of claim 3 , wherein the supporting shaft screws with the first supporting shaft hole to have the first cutting edge of the first blade body and the second cutting edge of the second blade body touch with each other for providing better safety to children.
8 . The nail clipper of claim 4 , wherein the supporting shaft screws with the first supporting shaft hole to have the first cutting edge of the first blade body and the second cutting edge of the second blade body touch with each other for providing better safety to children.
9 . The nail clipper of claim 1 , wherein the thickness of at least a portion of the first blade body is increased for increasing the threading area of the inner wall of the first supporting shaft hole.
10 . The nail clipper of claim 9 , wherein the first blade body further comprises a third end opposite to the first end, and the second blade body further comprises a fourth end opposite to the second end, and the third end fixes with the fourth end.
11 . The nail clipper of claim 9 , wherein the first blade body further comprises a third end opposite to the first end, and the third end fixes with the second blade body.
12 . The nail clipper of claim 9 , wherein the second blade body further comprises a third end opposite to the second end, and the third end fixes with the first blade body.
13 . The nail clipper of claim 9 , wherein the supporting shaft screws with the first supporting shaft hole to have the first cutting edge of the first blade body and the second cutting edge of the second blade body touch with each other for providing better safety to children.
14 . The nail clipper of claim 10 , wherein the supporting shaft screws with the first supporting shaft hole to have the first cutting edge of the first blade body and the second cutting edge of the second blade body touch with each other for providing better safety to children.
15 . The nail clipper of claim 11 , wherein the supporting shaft screws with the first supporting shaft hole to have the first cutting edge of the first blade body and the second cutting edge of the second blade body touch with each other for providing better safety to children.
16 . The nail clipper of claim 12 , wherein the supporting shaft screws with the first supporting shaft hole to have the first cutting edge of the first blade body and the second cutting edge of the second blade body touch with each other for providing better safety to children.
17 . A nail clipper, comprising:
a nail cutter comprises a first blade body and a second blade body, wherein the first blade body has a first cutting edge at a first end, and the first blade body has a first supporting shaft hole adjacent to the first cutting edge, and the second blade body has a second cutting edge at a second end, and the second blade body has a second supporting shaft hole adjacent to the second cutting edge, the second blade body fixes with the first blade body and the second cutting edge of the second blade body and first cutting edge of the first blade body faces with each other to form a cutting mouth; a nail clipper body having a third supporting shaft hole; a lever for bringing the first and second cutting edges into press contact with each other by leverage; a supporting shaft disposed through the first supporting shaft hole of the first blade body, through the second supporting shaft hole of the second blade body, through the third supporting shaft of the nail clipper body and coupled with the lever, wherein the lever is positioned on the upper side of the nail clipper body, and the nail cutter is positioned on a lower side of the nail clipper body and the second blade body of the nail cutter is more adjacent to the nail clipper body, the nail cutter is rotatable centering around a supporting shaft within a range of 360 degrees without interference of an obstacle, the supporting shaft is rotatable within a range of 360 degrees in the first, second and third supporting shaft holes, and by rotating the lever centering around the supporting shaft clockwise or counterclockwise rotates the supporting shaft in the first, second and third supporting shaft holes clockwise or counterclockwise, and at least a portion of the supporting shaft is threaded and at least the threaded portion of the supporting shaft is in cylindrical shape, and the inner wall of the first supporting shaft hole is threaded and in cylindrical shape, and the threaded portion of the supporting shaft and threaded inner wall of the first supporting shaft hole are screwed with each other clockwise or counterclockwise either by rotating the lever centering around the supporting shaft or by applying screwdriver to rotate the supporting shaft clockwise or counterclockwise to adjust the distance between the first and second cutting edges.
