Abstract

A gun holster clamping structure installed between a fixed portion and a rotating holster of a gun holster for controlling the timing of rotating the gun holster comprises a clamping portion disposed on the rotating holster and having an end protruded towards the fixed portion, a latch portion disposed on the rotating holster and having an end protruded from the fixed portion and a gun handle, and another end abutting against the clamping portion for linking and displacing the clamping portion, such that the rotating holster can be rotated to draw out the handgun. Normally, the clamping portion clamps the rotating holster and prevents another party to draw out the handgun. If a user grips the gun handle and links the latch portion accordingly, the clamping portion can be released from the clamping function of the rotating holster, and the user can achieve a quick draw of the handgun.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A gun holster clamping structure, installed between a fixed portion and a rotating holster of the gun holster structure, and comprising:
a clamping portion, disposed on the rotating holster and corresponding to the fixed portion, and an end of the clamping portion being protruded towards the fixed portion and being in contact with or away from the fixed portion selectively, for controlling a rotation of the rotating holster to provide a clamping function; and a latch portion, disposed on the rotating holster, for linking the clamping portion, and an end of the latch portion being protruded from the fixed portion and a gun handle, and another end abutting against the clamping portion for controlling the clamping portion, such that the rotating holster can be rotated to draw a handgun accordingly.

2 . The gun holster clamping structure of claim 1 , wherein the clamping portion is an insert pin passed into and coupled to the rotating holster.

3 . The gun holster clamping structure of claim 1 , wherein the latch portion is an elastic snap plate for controlling a displacement of the clamping portion.

4 . The gun holster clamping structure of claim 3 , wherein the gun handle includes a groove portion disposed on a surface on a side of the gun handle and provided for pivotally coupling the elastic snap plate to control the clamping portion.

5 . The gun holster clamping structure of claim 4 , wherein the groove portion and the fixed portion have a through hole formed separately on corresponding walls of the groove portion and the fixed portion for passing and coupling the clamping portion.

6 . The gun holster clamping structure of claim 5 , wherein the groove portion includes an elastic element installed at a direction towards the corresponding groove wall of the handgun for abutting the elastic snap plate.
