Abstract

This invention is about a material which provides to observe all colors necessary for display technologies in a very small potential range. The material is a derivative of benzotriazole containing donor acceptor type conducting polymer which is soluble, fluorescent and can be used in LEDs, solar cells, electrochromic devices, smart windows and many other technologies.

         2 . A compound according to  claims 1  characterized in that R 1  can be bonded to any of the nitrogen atoms on benzotriazole. 
     
     
         3 . A conducting polymer, consisting of repeating unit which is selected from the compounds of Formula I 
     
     
         4 . A conducting polymer according to  claim 3  is characterized in that shows red, green, blue colors as well as black and transparent using unique polymer of compound Formula I. 
     
     
         5 . A conducting polymer according to  claim 3  is characterized in that it is both p and n type dopable. 
     
     
         6 . A conducting polymer according to  claim 3  is characterized in that it is soluble in common organic solvents.
