Abstract
This document involves methods and materials related to obtaining Paramyxoviridae virus preparations.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A composition comprising measles virus, wherein said composition is sterile, has a volume greater than 500 mL, and has a measles virus titer greater than 10 6 TCID 50 per mL, wherein said composition comprises less than 750 μg total protein per mL and less than 1 μg of host cell DNA per mL, wherein said composition is free of bovine serum albumin, and wherein the maximum length of the non-viral DNA of said composition is less than 500 bp.
2 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein said measles virus comprises a nucleic acid sequence that encodes a polypeptide, wherein said polypeptide is heterologous to said virus.
3 . The composition of claim 2 , wherein said polypeptide comprises an amino acid sequence present in human carcinoembryonic antigen, said amino acid sequence being at least ten amino acid residues in length.
4 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the measles virus titer is between 10 9 TCID 50 per mL and 10 15 TCID 50 per mL.
5 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the measles virus titer is between 10 12 TCID 50 per mL and 10 15 TCID 50 per mL.
6 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein said composition comprises less than 250 μg total protein per mL.
7 . The composition of claim 1 , wherein the maximum length of the non-viral DNA of said composition is less than 200 bp.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
