Abstract
Systems and methods for managing a perks package associated with personality rights of a known entity are disclosed. A method for managing such a perks package can include selecting personality rights of at least one of a plurality of known entities with which a subscriber desires to be associated. The method can further include transferring into a personality association fee account fees paid by the subscriber in exchange for association with the selected personality rights. The personality association fee account can be linked with the personality rights selected. At least one of a plurality of perks packages can be automatically assigned to the subscriber in exchange for payment of the association fees, wherein the at least one perks package assigned is associated with the personality rights selected.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method for managing at least one perks package purchased by at least one of a plurality of subscribers, wherein the at least one perks package is associated with personality rights of at least one of a plurality of known entities, the method comprising:
selecting, through use of a computing system, personality rights of at least one of a plurality of known entities with which a subscriber desires to be associated; transferring into a personality association fee account fees paid by the subscriber in exchange for association with the personality rights selected, wherein the personality association fee account is linked with the personality rights selected; and automatically assigning, by the computing system, at least one of a plurality of perks packages to the subscriber in exchange for payment of the association fees, wherein the at least one perks package assigned is associated with the personality rights selected.

The method for managing at least one perks package of claim 1 wherein the method further comprises the step of selecting an association level from a plurality of association levels linked to the personality rights of the at least one of a plurality of known entities with which an entity desires to be associated.

The method for managing at least one perks package of claim 1 wherein the method further comprises the step of providing the subscriber that paid the association fees a defined level of credits, wherein the credits may be exchanged for fan exclusive benefits made available to the entity through the at least one of a plurality of perks packages assigned to the entity that paid the association fees.
4 . The method for managing at least one perks package of claim 3 wherein the fan exclusive benefits include products associated with the personality rights of the at least one of a plurality of individuals with which an entity desires to be associated.

The method for managing at least one perks package of claim 1 wherein the computing system establishes a line of credit for use by the known entity associated with a personality association fee account, wherein the line of credit established is determined in response to the amount of fees paid into the personality association fee account.

The method for managing at least one perks package of claim 1 wherein the at least one of a plurality of perks packages assigned to the subscriber includes discounts on exclusive items available for purchase exclusively to subscribers associated with the personality rights of the known entities.

The method for managing at least one perks package of claim 1 wherein the fees paid into the personality association fee account establishes credits for use by the entity that paid the association fees, wherein the credits may be exchanged for products associated with the personality rights of the at least one of a plurality of individuals with which an entity desires to be associated.

The method for managing the at least one perks package of claim 1 wherein transactions involving fees being paid into the personality association fee account are performed using a computing system, wherein the computing system automatically establishes a defined level of credits for use by the subscriber paying the association fees in response to the fees being paid, wherein the computing system automatically tracks the level of credits available, the level of credits used, and the perks redeemed for credits.
9 . A method for managing access permissions linked to content associated with personality rights of at least one of a plurality of famous entities, the method comprising:
selecting, through use of a computing system, personality rights of at least one of a plurality of famous entities desired to be associated with; selecting, an association level from a plurality of association levels linked to the personality rights selected; creating a subscriber account that includes subscriber data and data representative of:
the personality rights of the at least one of a plurality of famous entities selected; and
the association level selected;
establishing a pooling account associated with the personality rights selected; transferring a portion of a subscriber fee collected from each subscriber into the pooling account associated with the personality rights selected by the subscriber; and assigning at least one of a plurality of perks packages to the subscriber account upon payment of a subscription association fee, wherein the at least one perks package assigned is associated with the personality rights of the famous entity selected, and wherein the at least one perks package assigned is determined in response to the association level selected.

The method for managing access permissions of claim 9 wherein the method further comprises the step of assigning the subscriber account a defined level of credits, wherein the credits may be exchanged for fan exclusive benefits made available through the at least one of a plurality of perks packages assigned.
11 . The method for managing at least one perks package of claim 9 wherein the perks package assigned includes products associated with the personality rights of at least one of a plurality of famous entities a subscriber desires to be associated with.
12 . The method for managing at least one perks package of claim 11 wherein the fan materials include products associated with the personality rights of the at least one of a plurality of individuals to which an entity desires to be associated with.
13 . The method for managing at least one perks package of claim 9 wherein the at least one of a plurality of perks packages assigned includes discounts on fan exclusive items available for purchase exclusively to subscribers through the subscriber account.
14 . The method for managing at least one perks package of claim 9 wherein a subscriber is issued credits for payment of the subscription fee, wherein the credits may be exchanged for select products and perks within the perks package assigned.

The method for managing the at least one perks package of claim 9 further comprising the step of collecting subscription fees using a interface module implemented using a computing system, wherein the computing system automatically assigns a defined level of credits to the subscription account in response to the subscription association fee paid, wherein the computing system automatically tracks the level of credits available, the level of credits used, and the perks redeemed for credits.
16 . A computer readable medium having computer readable instructions stored thereon for execution by a processor to perform a method for managing access permissions associated with personality rights of at least one of a plurality of famous entities, the method comprising:
selecting, through use of a computing system, personality rights of at least one of a plurality of entities desired to be associated with; selecting an association level from a plurality of association levels linked to at least the personality rights selected; establishing a pooling account associated with the personality rights selected; transferring an association fee into the pooling account associated with the personality rights selected; and assigning at least one of a plurality of perks packages to an entity that paid the association fee, wherein the at least one perks package assigned is associated with the personality rights of the famous entity, and wherein the at least one perks package is assigned in response to the association level selected based on the fees paid.

The computer readable medium of claim 16 wherein the method performed by the computer readable instructions further comprises the step of providing the entity that paid the association fees a defined level of credits, wherein the credits may be exchanged for fan exclusive benefits made available to the entity through the at least one of a plurality of perks packages assigned to the entity that paid the association fees.

The computer readable medium of claim 16 wherein the at least one of a plurality of perks packages assigned to the entity that paid the association fees includes discounts on fan exclusive items available for purchase exclusively to entities associated with the personality rights of the famous individual.

The computer readable medium of claim 16 wherein the fees paid into the personality association fee account establishes credits for use by the entity that paid the association fees, wherein the credits may be exchanged for products associated with the personality rights of the at least one of the plurality of entities desired to be associated with.
