Abstract
A device for binding shoelaces is disclosed. The device is provided on shoes having hook rings oppositely formed on both side of the instep thereof, the device comprising a binding member having a clutching plate formed with a clutching recess with a constant distance according to one side thereof; a receiving member having an opened slot at one side thereof so that the clutching plate is inserted in, a magnetic body attached on one side of the slot, and an installing recess formed in the direction vertical to the slot; and an adjusting member having a board typed pressing plate rotatably installed in the installing recess to be selectively attached to the magnetic body and receiving the pressing force, and a stopper protruded from one side of the pressing plate and selectively clutched in the clutching recess. According to a device for binding shoelaces of the present invention, the shoelaces may be safely bound and released since the device including a first binding member having a receiving member and a binding member which are separated from each other by pressure, a second binding member to insure the union for the end of the shoelaces, and third binding member to maintain and adjust the union for the lower end of the shoelaces. Products applied with this device may be expected the satisfaction of its users and its competitive power.

a binding member haying a clutching plate formed with a clutching recess with a constant distance according to one side thereof; a receiving member having an opened slot at one side thereof so that the clutching plate is inserted in, a magnetic body attached on one side of the slot, and an installing recess formed in the direction vertical to the slob and an adjusting member having a board typed pressing plate rotatably installed in the installing recess to be selectively attached to the magnetic body and receiving the pressing force, and a stopper protruded from one side of the pressing plate and selectively clutched in the clutching recess.
2 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 1 , wherein the binding member and the receiving member further comprise a supporting piece formed with through holes through which one end of the shoelaces are passed.
3 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 1 , wherein the receiving member is formed a hinge recess in an opposite direction toward the side wall of the installing recess, and the adjusting member is prudently formed with a hinge shaft to be fit into the hinge recess and to be rotated.

A device for binding shoelaces which provided on shoes having hook rings oppositely formed on both side of the instep thereof, wherein the device includes a second binding portion formed with holding holes to be positioned over the instep of the shoes and in which the end of the shoelaces passed through the final hook ring of the shoes is inserted into the holding holes to maintain the binding condition, wherein
the second binding portion is composed of a body formed with a guiding space into which the shoelaces are inserted and a guiding bar provided in the guiding space to be horizontally movable.
5 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 4 , wherein the body is formed with rail recesses on the upper and lower surfaces in the guiding space, and the guiding bar is integrally formed with a guiding piece which is inserted in the rail recesses to be slidably moved.
6 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 4 , wherein the guiding bar has its section including one of a circle, a polygon or an oval.
7 . A device for binding shoelaces which provided on shoes having hook rings oppositely formed on both side of the instep thereof, the device further comprising:
a third binding portion for binding the shoelaces on the middle portion of the instep of the shoes, including a body having a board type formed with an inner space therein, inserting holes formed in the body into which each end of the shoelaces is inserted on the both sides thereof, a pair of direction changing protrusions to downwardly guide and to upwardly rotate the shoelaces inserted through the inserting holes, and an exit formed on the upper portion thereof such that the shoelaces rotated on the direction changing protrusions is upwardly drawn out.

A device for binding shoelaces which provided on shoes having hook rings oppositely formed on both side of the instep thereof, the device comprising a first binding portion a binding member and a receiving member which are selectively separated from each other by pressure and a second binding portion formed with holding holes to be positioned over the instep of the shoes and in which the end of the shoelaces passed through the final hook ring of the shoes is inserted into the holding holes to maintain the binding condition, wherein
the first binding portion includes a binding member provided with a clutching plate formed with a clutching recess in the longitudinal direction on one side thereof; a receiving member provided with an opened slot at one side thereof in which the clutching plate is inserted, a magnetic body attached on one side of the slot, and installing recess vertically formed on the slot; a board typed pressing plate rotatably installed in the installing recess and selectively attached to the magnetic body to be given outer pressure; and a stopper prudently formed on one side of the pressing plate and selectively clutched in the clutching recess, and the second binding portion includes a body formed with a guiding space into which the shoelaces are inserted and a guiding bar provided in the guiding space to be horizontally movable.
9 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 8 , wherein the binding member and the receiving member include a supporting piece formed with a through hole which the end of the shoelaces is passed through.

The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 8 , wherein the receiving member is formed a hinge recess in an opposite direction toward the side wall of the installing recess, and the adjusting member is prudently formed with a hinge shaft to be fit into the hinge recess and to be rotated.
11 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 8 , wherein the body is formed with rail recesses on the upper and lower surfaces in the guiding space, and the guiding bar is integrally formed with a guiding piece which is inserted in the rail recesses to be slidably moved.
12 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 8 , wherein the guiding bar has its section including one of a circle, a polygon or an oval.
13 . A device for binding shoelaces which provided on shoes having hook rings oppositely formed on both side of the instep thereof, the device comprising a first binding portion a binding member and a receiving member which are selectively separated from each other by pressure and a second binding portion formed with holding holes to be positioned over the instep of the shoes and in which the end of the shoelaces passed through the final hook ring of the shoes is inserted into the holding holes to maintain the binding condition, wherein
the first binding portion includes a binding member provided with a clutching plate formed with a clutching recess in the longitudinal direction on one side thereof; a receiving member provided with an opened slot at one side thereof in which the clutching plate is inserted, a magnetic body attached on one side of the slot, and installing recess vertically formed on the slot; a board typed pressing plate rotatably installed in the installing recess and selectively attached to the magnetic body to be given outer pressure; and a stopper prudently formed on one side of the pressing plate and selectively clutched in the clutching recess, and the device further comprising a third binding portion for binding the shoelaces on the middle portion of the instep of the shoes, including a body having a board type formed with an inner space therein, inserting holes formed in the body into which each end of the shoelaces is inserted on the both sides thereof, a pair of direction changing protrusions to downwardly guide and to upwardly rotate the shoelaces inserted through the inserting holes, and an exit formed on the upper portion thereof such that the shoelaces rotated on the direction changing protrusions is upwardly drawn out.
14 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 13 , wherein the binding member and the receiving member include a supporting piece formed with a through hole which the end of the shoelaces is passed through.

The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 13 , wherein the receiving member is formed a hinge recess in an opposite direction toward the side wall of the installing recess, and the adjusting member is prudently formed with a hinge shaft to be fit into the hinge recess and to be rotated.

A device for binding shoelaces which provided on shoes having hook rings oppositely formed on both side of the instep thereof, wherein the device includes a second binding portion formed with holding holes to be positioned over the instep of the shoes and in which the end of the shoelaces passed through the final hook ring of the shoes is inserted into the holding holes to maintain the binding condition, wherein the second binding portion is composed of a body formed with a guiding space into which the shoelaces are inserted and a guiding bar provided in the guiding space to be horizontally movable, wherein the device further comprising:
a third binding portion for binding the shoelaces on the middle portion of the instep of the shoes, including a body having a board type formed with an inner space therein, inserting holes formed in the body into which each end of the shoelaces is inserted on the both sides thereof, a pair of direction changing protrusions to downwardly guide and to upwardly rotate the shoelaces inserted through the inserting holes, and an exit formed on the upper portion thereof such that the shoelaces rotated on the direction changing protrusions is upwardly drawn out.
17 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 16 , wherein the body is formed with rail recesses on the upper and lower surfaces in the guiding space, and the guiding bar is integrally formed with a guiding piece which is inserted in the rail recesses to be slidably moved.
18 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 8 , wherein the guiding bar has its section including one of a circle, a polygon or an oval.
19 . A device for binding shoelaces which provided on shoes having hook rings oppositely formed on both side of the instep thereof, the device comprising:
a binding member having a clutching plate formed with a clutching recess with a constant distance according to one side thereof; a receiving member having an opened slot at one side thereof so that the clutching plate is inserted in, and an installing recess formed in the direction vertical to the slot; and an adjusting member rotatably installed to block the installing recess, the adjusting member provided with an extended plate which is extended from one end disposed toward the slot to be contacted with one inside wall of the installing recess, an elastic member which is disposed to be opposite to the extended plate and which is prevented from being upward rotation, and a stopper which is downwardly protruded and selectively clutched to the clutching, recess.
20 . A device for binding shoelaces which provided on shoes having hook rings oppositely formed on both side of the instep thereof, the device comprising a first binding portion a binding member and a receiving member which are selectively separated from each other by pressure and a second binding portion formed with holding holes to be positioned over the instep of the shoes and in which the end of the shoelaces passed through the final hook ring of the shoes is inserted into the holding holes to maintain the binding condition, wherein
the first binding portion includes a binding member provided with a clutching plate formed with a clutching recess in the longitudinal direction on one side thereof; a receiving member provided with an opened slot at one side thereof in which the clutching plate is inserted, a magnetic body attached on one side of the slot, and installing recess vertically formed on the slot; a board typed pressing plate rotatably installed in the installing recess and selectively attached to the magnetic body to be given outer pressure; and a stopper prudently formed on one side of the pressing plate and selectively clutched in the clutching recess, and the second binding portion includes a body formed with a upper plate and a lower plate which are disposed to prepare a guiding space on one side of a holding hole, and the guiding space is formed with the guiding bar horizontally movably provided and the first and second posts and disposed with a predetermined distance on one side of the guiding bar.
21 . A device for binding shoelaces which provided on shoes having hook rings oppositely formed on both side of the instep thereof, the device comprising a first binding portion a binding member and a receiving member which are selectively separated from each other by pressure and a second binding portion formed with holding holes to be positioned over the instep of the shoes and in which the end of the shoelaces passed through the final hook ring of the shoes is inserted into the holding holes to maintain the binding condition, wherein
the first binding portion includes a binding member provided with a clutching plate formed with a clutching recess in the longitudinal direction on one side thereof; a receiving member provided with an opened slot at one side thereof in which the clutching, plate is inserted, a magnetic body attached on one side of the slot, and installing recess vertically formed on the slot; a board typed pressing plate rotatably installed in the installing recess and selectively attached to the magnetic body to be given outer pressure; and a stopper prudently formed on one side of the pressing plate and selectively clutched in the clutching recess, and a third binding portion for binding the shoelaces on the middle portion of the instep of the shoes, including a body having a board type formed with an inner space therein, inserting holes formed in the body into which each end of the shoelaces is inserted on the both sides thereof, a pair of direction changing protrusions to downwardly guide and to upwardly rotate the shoelaces inserted through the inserting holes, and an exit formed on the upper portion thereof such that the shoelaces rotated on the direction changing protrusions is upwardly drawn out.
22 . A device for binding shoelaces which provided on shoes having hook rings oppositely formed on both side of the instep thereof, the device comprising a second binding portion formed with holding holes to be positioned over the instep of the shoes, the second binding portion including a body formed with a upper plate and a lower plate which are disposed to prepare a guiding space on one side of a holding hole, the guiding space being formed with the guiding bar horizontally movably provided and the first and second posts and disposed with a predetermined distance on one side of the guiding bar; and
a third binding portion for binding the shoelaces on the middle portion of the instep of the shoes, including a body having a board type formed with an inner space therein, inserting holes formed in the body into which each end of the shoelaces is inserted on the both sides thereof, a pair of direction changing protrusions to downwardly guide and to upwardly rotate the shoelaces inserted through the inserting holes, and an exit formed on the upper portion thereof such that the shoelaces rotated on the direction changing protrusions is upwardly drawn out.
23 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 19 , wherein the binding member and the receiving member include a supporting piece formed with a through hole which the end of the shoelaces is passed through.

The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 19 , wherein the receiving member is formed a hinge recess in an opposite direction toward the side wall of the installing recess, and the adjusting member is prudently formed with a hinge shaft to be fit into the hinge recess and to be rotated.

The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 19 , wherein the binding member and the receiving member include a pair of supporting pieces formed with a through hole which the end of the shoelaces is passed through, and the pair of supporting pieces has a different prudent height from each other.
26 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 19 , wherein the elastic member includes an elastic plate integrally formed to be extended from the pressing plate, and a clutching jaw integrally formed on one end of the elastic member and clutched to one side wall of the installing recess.
27 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 19 , wherein the elastic member includes a upper plate which is exposed toward one side of the installing recess and has both cut side and a supporting plate which is contacted with one side of the stopper by the downwardly extended upper plate.
28 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 19 , wherein the elastic member is a steel wire spring which has both ends fixedly connected to both sides of the pressing plate and which has one end clutched to one inner wall of the installing recess of the binding member.

The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 19 , wherein the elastic member is a torsion spring which has one end wound and supported to the hinge shaft prudently formed on both sides of the pressing plate and the other end which is clutched to one inner wall of the installing recess of the binding member.
30 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 19 , wherein the elastic member is a coil spring which has one end connected to one side of the pressing plate and the other end connected to one side of the binding member.
31 . A device for binding shoelaces which provided on shoes having hook rings oppositely formed on both side of the instep thereof, the device comprising a second binding portion formed with holding holes to be positioned over the instep of the shoes,
a second binding portion having a body formed with holding holes to be positioned over the instep of the shoes and in which the end of the shoelaces passed through the final hook ring of the shoes is inserted into the holding holes to maintain the binding condition, wherein the body is formed with a upper plate and a lower plate which are disposed to prepare a guiding space on one side of the holding holes, the guiding space being formed with the guiding bar horizontally movably provided and a first and second posts and disposed with a predetermined distance on one side of the guiding bar.
32 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 20 , wherein the body is formed with rail recesses on the upper and lower surfaces in the guiding space, and the guiding bar is integrally formed with a guiding piece which is inserted the rail recesses to be slidably moved.
33 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 20 , wherein the guiding bar has its section including one of a circle, a polygon or an oval.
34 . A device for binding shoelaces which provided on shoes having hook rings oppositely formed on both side of the instep thereof, the device comprising:
a third binding portion for binding the shoelaces on the middle portion of the instep of the shoes, including a body having a hoard type formed with an inner space therein, inserting holes formed in the body into which each end of the shoelaces is inserted on the both sides thereof, a pair of direction changing protrusions to downwardly guide and to upwardly rotate the shoelaces inserted through the inserting holes, and an exit formed on the upper portion thereof such that the shoelaces rotated on the direction changing protrusions is upwardly drawn out.
35 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 20 , wherein the binding member and the receiving member include a supporting piece formed with a through hole which the end of the shoelaces is passed through.
36 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 21 , wherein the binding member and the receiving member include a supporting piece formed with a through hole which the end of the shoelaces is passed through.

The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 20 , wherein the receiving member is formed a hinge recess in an opposite direction toward the side wall of the installing recess, and the adjusting member is prudently formed with a hinge shaft to be fit into the hinge recess and to be rotated.

The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 21 , wherein the receiving member is formed a hinge recess in an opposite direction toward the side wall of the installing recess, and the adjusting member is prudently formed with a hinge shaft to be fit into the hinge recess and to be rotated.

The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 20 , wherein the binding member and the receiving member include a pair of supporting pieces formed with a through hole which the end of the shoelaces is passed through, and the pair of supporting pieces has a different prudent height from each other.

The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 21 , wherein the binding member and the receiving member include a pair of supporting pieces formed with a through hole which the end of the shoelaces is passed through, and the pair of supporting pieces has a different prudent height from each other.
41 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 20 , wherein the elastic member includes an elastic plate integrally formed to be extended from the pressing plate, and a clutching jaw integrally formed on one end of the elastic member and clutched to one side wall of the installing recess.
42 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 21 , wherein the elastic member includes an elastic plate integrally formed to be extended from the pressing plate, and a clutching jaw integrally formed on one end of the elastic member and clutched to one side wall of the installing recess.

The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 20 , wherein the elastic member includes a upper plate which is exposed toward one side of the installing recess and has both cut side and a supporting plate which is contacted with one side of the stopper by the downwardly extended upper plate.

The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 21 , wherein the elastic member includes a upper plate which is exposed toward one side of the installing recess and has both cut side and a supporting plate which is contacted with one side of the stopper by the downwardly extended upper plate.
45 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 20 , wherein the elastic member is a steel wire spring which has both ends fixedly connected to both sides of the pressing plate and which has one end clutched to one inner wall of the installing recess of the binding member.
46 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 21 , wherein the elastic member is a steel wire spring which has both ends fixedly connected to both sides of the pressing plate and which has one end clutched to one inner wall of the installing recess of the binding member.

The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 20 , wherein the elastic member is a torsion spring which has one end wound and supported to the hinge shaft prudently formed on both sides of the pressing plate and the other end which is clutched to one inner wall of the installing recess of the binding member.

The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 21 , wherein the elastic member is a torsion spring which has one end wound and supported to the hinge shaft prudently formed on both sides of the pressing plate and the other end which is clutched to one inner wall of the installing recess of the binding member.
49 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 20 , wherein the elastic member is a coil spring which has one end connected to one side of the pressing plate and the other end connected to one side of the binding member.
50 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 21 , wherein the elastic member is a coil spring which has one end connected to one side of the pressing plate and the other end connected to one side of the binding member.
51 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 22 , wherein the body is formed with rail recesses on the upper and lower surfaces in the guiding space, and the guiding bar is integrally formed with a guiding piece which is inserted in the rail recesses to be slidably moved.
52 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 31 , wherein the body is formed with rail recesses on the upper and lower surfaces in the guiding space, and the guiding bar is integrally formed with a guiding piece which is inserted in the rail recesses to be slidably moved.
53 . The device for binding shoelaces according to claim 22 , wherein the guiding bar has its section including one of a circle, a polygon or an oval.
