Iron-On Cuff Extenders

Abstract

An iron-on pants leg or arm sleeve fabric extender used to either increase the number of times a child/person is able to wear a garment and/or to add personalized embellishments to articles of clothing. The additional fabric is simply attached by using a hot iron to affix the iron-on tape between the extender cuff and the article of clothing.

1 . An extender to lengthen or to embellish clothing, comprising a material piece of predetermined dimensions having attached to one or more edges a no-sew means to join the said edge to other areas of the extender and to clothing, whereby the extender can be joined to itself and/or to articles of clothing. 
   
   
       2 . The extender of  claim 1  wherein said material is any kind of material used for clothing. 
   
   
       3 . The extender of  claim 1  wherein said no-sew means to join comprises strips of heat-fusible adhesive, fabric glue, snaps, buttons, hook-and-loop closure and/or other fasteners.
