Novel antifolate combination therapies

Abstract

A method of administering an antifolate to a mammal in need thereof, comprising administering an effective amount of said antifolate in combination with a methylmalonic acid lowering agent.

       35 . The product of  claim 31 , wherein vitamin B12 administration is repeated about every 9 weeks 6 to about every 12 weeks following the administration of vitamin B12 until the administration of the pemetrexed disodium is discontinued.
