Abstract
A personal care item is disclosed. The personal care item includes at least one partially dehydrated personal care item formulated without at least one aqueous ingredient to thereby allow travelers to bring personal care items while complying with present security restrictions regarding the transport of liquids on transportation means and when said at least one partially dehydrated personal care item is combined with at least one aqueous ingredient, the personal care item is in a usable form.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A system enabling travelers to transport a non-solid personal care item while complying with travel security restrictions regarding transportation of liquids on transportation means, the system comprising:
a first container housing an initial formulation consisting essentially of an at least partially dehydrated personal care item, and a second container comprising a mixing means, the second container housing at least one aqueous ingredient capable of activating the at least partially dehydrated personal care item to form the non-solid personal care item when the at least one aqueous ingredient is mixed with the at least partially dehydrated personal care item.
2 . The system of claim 1 , wherein said at least partially dehydrated personal care item is in a powder form.
3 . The system of claim 2 , wherein the powder form is a heavy powder.
4 . The system of claim 2 , wherein the powder form is a fine powder.
5 . The system of claim 1 , wherein said at least partially dehydrated personal care item comprises a concentrated form.
6 . The system of claim 1 , wherein said at least partially dehydrated personal care item comprises a large quantity of small capsules.
7 . The system of claim 1 , further comprising at least one ingredient selected from the group consisting of thickeners, thinners, colors, gelatins, and expanding molecules.
8 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the non-solid personal care item is a shampoo.
9 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the non-solid personal care item is a conditioner.
10 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the non-solid personal care item is a hair gel.
11 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the non-solid personal care item is a toothpaste.
12 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the non-solid personal care item is a soap.
13 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the non-solid personal care item is a skin treatment.
14 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the non-solid personal care item is a shaving treatment.
15 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the non-solid personal care item is a lotion.
16 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the first container is sized and shaped larger than is necessary to fit only the at least partially dehydrated personal care item.
17 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the first container is sized and shaped to fit only the at least partially dehydrated personal care item.
18 . The system of claim 1 , wherein the non-solid personal care item includes at least one of a solution, suspension, and emulsion.
19 . The system of claim 1 , wherein said at least partially dehydrated personal care item is completely dehydrated.
