Abstract

A method of mobile communication at a base station includes transmitting to a mobile station, identifying information for multicast data to be transmitted to the mobile station and transmitting the multicast data on a shared channel to the mobile station, wherein the data is identified by the information.

1 . A communication method for a base station used in a mobile station, said communication method comprising:
 transmitting same identification information for multicast data to a plurality of mobile stations individually;   transmitting the multicast data to the plurality of mobile stations, the multicast data including the same identification information; and   transmitting unicast data to a single mobile station, the unicast data including individual identification information assigned to the single mobile station.   
   
   
       2 . A communication method for a mobile station used in a mobile communication system, said communication method comprising:
 receiving same multicast identification information from a base station, the same multicast identification information being transmitted to a plurality of mobile stations including the mobile station individually;   receiving multicast data transmitted to the plurality of mobile stations, the multicast data including the same multicast identification information; and   receiving unicast data transmitted to the mobile station, the unicast data including individual identification information assigned to the mobile station.
