Sealing system for package
Abstract
Sealing system for package, created to avoid undesirable leakage and to enable to obtain a different and innovatively designed package, not effecting sealing performance, characterized by being constituted by a roll-on type package made of plastic material ( 1 ), being provided with a higher section ( 2 ) with semi-spherical shape ( 3 ) to internally couple the sphere ( 4 ), and a lower section ( 5 ) composing the body to hold the packed product, which form is at the manufacturer's discretion, and, in the internal part, between the two sections ( 2, 5 ), one or more circular shaped membranes ( 6 ) located in parallel on over the other, when required, are formed and exactly positioned jointly to the sphere ( 4 ), during the flask manufacturing process itself (be it by blow-molding, injection blow, blow+injection, blow+compression or injection), and both the flask and the circular membranes ( 6 ) may be made of one single material or different materials.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A sealing system for a package comprising a roll-on type package made of plastic material, being provided with a higher section with semi-spherical shape to internally couple the sphere, and a lower section composing the body to hold the packed product, and in the internal part, between said two sections, one or more circular-shaped membranes located in parallel one over the other, when required, are formed during the package manufacturing process itself, exactly positioned jointly to the sphere which, for its flexibility, is accommodated over the spherical surface, thus compensating its deformations and guaranteeing system sealing.
2 . The sealing system for a package according to claim 1 , further comprising a roll-on type package provided with one or more circular membranes located in parallel one over the other, when required, to guarantee good sealing performance next to the sphere, no matter which is the shape of the lower section, and thus can obtain a body with the desired design.
3 . The sealing system for a package according to claim 1 , further comprising a roll-on type package provided with one or more circular membranes located in parallel one over the other, when required, which are obtained during the process to manufacture the package holding the product and lodging said sphere applying the product when turning in contact with the place where the product should be placed, and therefore may be obtained by means of the blowing process, injection blow, or injected for the case of monoblock flasks, by blow+injection for blown flasks plus injected sphere lodging, or even by blow+compression for blown flasks plus sphere lodging by compression.
4 . The sealing system for a package according to claim 1 , further comprising a roll-on type package provided with one or more circular membranes located in parallel one over the other, when required, which may be manufactured with one single material or a different material, aiming to better compensate deformations of the sphere which is usually made of a rigid material, better lodging and involving it next to the circular membrane(s), with a preferably more flexible material, thus guaranteeing better sealing and obtaining safer package.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
