Mobile healthcare product dispenser

Abstract

A dispenser for dispensing healthcare products comprising at least one dispenser section having at least one dispensing orifice and one disposal section having a disposal opening. The disposal section has fully compressed and fully uncompressed positions and is capable of remaining positioned in any position between the fully compressed and uncompressed positions.

1 . A tissue dispenser comprising:
 a) a dispenser section and a disposal section attached to said dispenser section, wherein said dispenser section has a dispensing orifice for dispensing tissues and said disposal section has a disposal opening for disposing of said tissues;   b) said disposal section having, relative to said dispenser section, a fully compressed position for transport and storage and a fully uncompressed position for use, said disposal section being capable of remaining position in any position between said compressed position and said uncompressed position.   
   
   
       2 . A tissue dispenser for dispensing tissues, comprising a body forming a tissue dispenser section containing tissues to be dispensed, and a tissue disposal section for receiving used tissues, the tissue dispenser section being spaced from the tissue disposal section by a wall and having a tissue dispensing orifice, and the tissue disposal section having a tissue disposing orifice, a portion of the body defining the tissue disposal section including a pleat extending completely around the periphery of the body and being expandable from a collapsed state to enlarge the tissue disposal section. 
   
   
       3 . The tissue dispenser according to  claim 2  wherein there are a plurality of the pleats arranged in accordion fashion, each pleat extending completely around a periphery of the body. 
   
   
       4 . The tissue dispenser according to  claim 3  wherein the body defines opposite ends that are movable away from each other as the tissue disposal section is expanded, the tissue dispensing orifice and the tissue disposal orifice being arranged in respective ones of the ends. 
   
   
       5 . The tissue dispenser according to  claim 4  wherein the ends define a top end and a bottom end, respectively, of the dispenser, the tissue dispensing orifice being disposed in the bottom end and facing downwardly. 
   
   
       6 . The tissue dispenser according to  claim 5  wherein the body has a substantially circular cross sectional shape. 
   
   
       7 . The tissue dispenser according to  claim 5  wherein the body has a substantially square cross sectional shape. 
   
   
       8 . The tissue dispenser according to  claim 5  further including a fastener for supporting the body above floor level. 
   
   
       9 . The tissue dispenser according to  claim 8  wherein the fastener comprises an elongated element for suspending the body. 
   
   
       10 . The tissue dispenser according to  claim 2  wherein the body defines opposite ends that are movable away from each other as the tissue disposal section is expanded, the tissue dispensing orifice and the tissue disposal orifice being arranged in respective ones of the ends. 
   
   
       11 . The tissue dispenser according to  claim 10  wherein the ends define a top end and a bottom end, respectively, of the dispenser, the tissue dispensing orifice disposed in the bottom end and facing downwardly. 
   
   
       12 . The tissue dispenser according to  claim 2  wherein the body has a substantially circular cross sectional shape. 
   
   
       13 . The tissue dispenser according to  claim 2  wherein the body has a substantially square cross sectional shape. 
   
   
       14 . The tissue dispenser according to  claim 2  further including a fastener for supporting the body above floor level. 
   
   
       15 . The tissue dispenser according to  claim 14  wherein the fastener comprises an elongated element for suspending the body. 
   
   
       16 . A tissue dispenser for dispensing tissues, comprising a body forming a tissue dispenser section containing tissues to be dispensed, and a tissue disposal section for receiving used tissues; the tissue dispenser section separated from the tissue disposal section by a wall and having a tissue dispensing orifice; the tissue disposal section having a tissue disposing orifice; a portion of the body defining the tissue disposal section being expandable from a collapsed state; the body defining opposite ends that are movable away from each other as the tissue disposal section is expanded; the tissue dispensing orifice and the tissue disposing orifice being disposed in respective ones of the ends. 
   
   
       17 . The tissue dispenser according to  claim 16  wherein portions of the body defining the ends are removable from a remainder of the body disposed therebetween. 
   
   
       18 . The tissue dispenser according to  claim 16  further including a fastener for supporting the dispenser above floor level. 
   
   
       19 . The tissue dispenser according to  claim 18  wherein the fastener comprises an elongated element for suspending the dispenser. 
   
   
       20 . The tissue dispenser according to  claim 16  wherein the body is of substantially circular cross sectional shape. 
   
   
       21 . The tissue dispenser according to  claim 16  wherein the body is of substantially square cross sectional shape.
