Hair dryer
Abstract
The present invention relates to hair dryer having a fan and a heater. The hair dryer has a PCB board having programmable integrated circuit (IC) components mounted thereon, wherein the fan and the heater are also connected to the PCB board; a plurality of presets defining operating levels of the fan and the heater, alone or in any combinations; a multi-mode switch connected to the PCB board for controlling the plurality of presets, the multi-mode switch is positioned at an one-hand operable location on the hair dryer, wherein user is able to operate the hair dryer with only a hand holding hair dryer and controlling the plurality of presets through the multi-mode switch.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A hair dryer having a fan and a heater, the hair dryer comprising:
a PCB board having programmable integrated circuit (IC) components mounted thereon, wherein the fan and the heater are also connected to the PCB board; a plurality of presets defining operating levels of the fan and the heater, alone or in any combinations; a multi-mode switch connected to the PCB board for controlling the plurality of presets, the multi-mode switch is positioned at an one-hand operable location on the hair dryer, wherein user is able to operate the hair dryer with only a hand holding hair dryer and controlling the plurality of presets through the multi-mode switch.
2 . The hair dryer according to claim 1 , wherein the multi-mode switch is a rotary dial.
3 . The hair dryer according to claim 1 , wherein the multi-mode switch is a toggle switch.
4 . The hair dryer according to claim 3 , wherein the toggle switch is toggleable in an up-down direction.
5 . The hair dryer according to claim 3 , wherein the toggle switch is toggleable in a left-right direction.
6 . The hair dryer according to claim 3 , wherein the toggle switch is an omni-directional toggle switch that is able to toggle in at least up-down and left-right directions.
7 . The hair dryer according to claim 1 , wherein the multi-mode switch is a push button.
8 . The hair dryer according to claim 7 , wherein the push button comprises a first button and a second button, or the push button is a single button.
9 . The hair dryer according to claim 1 , wherein the multi-mode switch comprises a combination of any one of the above multi-mode switches.
10 . The hair dryer according to claim 1 , wherein the multi-mode switch is located on an upper side of the handle of the hair dryer.
11 . The hair dryer according to claim 1 , further comprising a far infrared emitter connected to the PCB board, wherein its operating status is defined in one of the presets.
12 . The hair dryer according to claim 1 , further comprising an ionic generator connected to the PCB board, wherein its operating status is defined in one of the presets.
13 . The hair dryer according to claim 1 , wherein the PCB further comprises a switch mode power supply unit.
14 . The hair dryer according to claim 1 , wherein the PCB includes an auto-cut-off circuit.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
