The luggage includes a frame that has sidewalls that include radial extensions. Zippers are arranged about the luggage to allow access to the various compartments arranged in the respective hood area, canopy region and passenger compartment of the piece of luggage. In an alternative embodiment, the invention is formed as a cooler.
