Abstract

A fixture of blade and blade frame in a ceiling fan is disclosed. The blade frame has an inserting part to go through the through hole on the blade. The stopping part of the inserting part is blocked by the limiting parts of the positioning element, thereby restricting and positioning the blade and the blade frame. At least one of the several limiting parts is movable and can retract and extend relative to the positioning element, thereby blocking and leaving the corresponding stopping part. Along with fixed limiting parts, the blade and the blade frame can be controlled to be positioned or departed.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A fixture device of blade and blade frame of a ceiling fan, comprising:
a blade, which has at least two through holes; a blade frame, which has an inserting part for each of the through hole of the blade, each of the inserting parts having a stopping part on the end exposed from the through hole; and at least one positioning element, which has a limiting part for each of the inserting parts; wherein each of the stopping parts goes through the corresponding through hole and is restricted by the corresponding limiting part to position the blade and the blade frame, at least one of the limiting parts is movable to retract or extend relative to the positioning element, the positioning element further has a fixed limiting parts so that the movable limiting element blocks or leaves the corresponding stopping part as it extends and retracts, and the movable and fixed limiting parts are disposed along different limiting directions to position the blade and the blade frame.

2 . The fixture device of blade and blade frame of a ceiling fan as in claim 1 , wherein the movable limiting part of the positioning element has a rod accommodated in an accommodating space of the positioning element to extend and retract, and the rod extends and positions at the blocking position of the stopping part to position the blade and the blade frame along with the fixed limiting parts.

3 . The fixture device of blade and blade frame of a ceiling fan as in claim 2 , wherein the width of the stopping part is greater than the outer diameter of the through hole, the fixed limiting parts of the positioning element are embedded between the stopping part and the blade, and the movable limiting part is pivotally disposed with an embedding part at one end of the rod outside the accommodating space for being embedded between the stopping part and the blade.

4 . The fixture device of blade and blade frame of a ceiling fan as in claim 3 with each of the stopping parts having a first stopping part and a second stopping part, wherein the inserting part exposes form the blade by its first stopping part for stopping the corresponding limiting part from moving horizontally with respect to the blades the inserting part goes through the through hole and positions between the second stopping part and the blade, the fixed limiting parts are recessed in an arc shape towards the positioning element due to the blocking of the limiting parts on the blade, the embedding part also has a recessed and arc-shaped structure, and the fixed limiting parts and the embedding part are embedded in the corresponding first stopping part between the second stopping part and the blade.

5 . The fixture device of blade and blade frame of a ceiling fan as in claim 3 , wherein the movable limiting part has a pushing rod on the rod, the positioning element has a long groove along the moving direction of the pushing rod, and an elastic urging element is disposed in the accommodating space for urging an end of the rod towards the inserting part.

6 . The fixture device of blade and blade frame of a ceiling fan as in claim 3 , wherein the movable limiting part has a pushing rod on the rod, the positioning element has a long groove along the moving direction of the pushing rod, a limiting groove is formed on one side of and in communication with the long groove to block the pushing rod, and the limiting groove is formed at the position where the embedding part embeds into the pushing rod of the stopping part.

7 . The fixture device of blade and blade frame of a ceiling fan as in claim 2 , wherein each of the stopping parts has a hole, each of the fixed limiting parts is formed with a pillar protruding towards the stopping part to be inserted into the hole, and the rod of the movable limiting part extends outwards from the accommodating space and goes into the hole.

8 . The fixture device of blade and blade frame of a ceiling fan as in claim 7 , wherein the movable limiting part has a pushing rod on the rod, the positioning element has a long groove along the moving direction of the pushing rod, and an elastic urging element is disposed in the accommodating space to urge against and end of the rod towards the inserting part.

9 . The fixture device of blade and blade frame of a ceiling fan as in claim 7 , wherein the movable limiting part has a pushing rod on the rod, the positioning element has a long groove along the moving direction of the pushing rod, a limiting groove is formed on one side of and in communication with the long groove to block the pushing rod, and the limiting groove is formed at the position where the embedding part embeds into the pushing rod of the stopping part.

10 . The fixture device of blade and blade frame of a ceiling fan as in claim 1 , wherein the limiting parts block the corresponding stopping parts in opposite directions.
