Abstract

A dye hairbrush includes a pair of chambers formed within a main body. Dye is stored in a first chamber and a second chamber. The pair of chambers hold liquid dye components. An intermediate channel is in fluid connection with the first chamber and the second chamber. A pair of plungers includes a first plunger and a second plunger. The pair of plungers are mounted within the first chamber and the second chamber respectively, so that the pair of plungers expel the contents. A brush stem is substantially hollow and has brush bristles extending from the brush stem. The brush stem has liquid openings disposed on a wall of the brush stem. A baffle member placed within the brush stem promotes dye mixing.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A dye hair brush comprising:
 a. a pair of chambers formed within a main body, namely a first chamber and a second chamber, wherein the pair of chambers hold dye components; b. an intermediate channel in fluid connection with the first chamber and the second chamber; c. a pair of plungers, namely a first plunger and a second plunger, wherein the pair of plungers are mounted within the first chamber and the second chamber respectively, wherein the pair of plungers expel the contents; d. a brush stem substantially hollow and having brush bristles extending from the brush stem, wherein the brush stem has liquid openings disposed on a wall of the brush stem; e. a baffle member placed within the brush stem promotes dye mixing.

2 . The dye hairbrush of claim 1 , further comprising: a dual plunger recess receiving a dual plunger; and further comprising a dye cartridge which is collapsible and fits within a dye cartridge recess of the main body.

3 . The dye hairbrush of claim 2 , wherein the dual plunger is mounted to a pusher, wherein dye is released by pushing the pusher against the cartridge.

4 . The dye hairbrush of claim 2 , wherein the dual plunger is mounted to a pusher, wherein the pusher has a cylindrical shape.

5 . The dye hairbrush of claim 2 , further comprising a round cap at a tip of the brush stem.

6 . The dye hairbrush of claim 1 , further comprising: a storage shell telescopically mounted over the main body, wherein the storage shell houses the brush in a storage configuration and retracts to expose the brush in a retracted position.

7 . The dye hairbrush of claim 6 , further comprising: a handle turning a worm gear, which advances the pair of plungers to expel dye components to the intermediate channel.

8 . The dye hairbrush of claim 1 , further comprising: a handle turning a worm gear, which advances the pair of plungers to expel dye components to the intermediate channel.

       9 . A dye hair brush comprising:
 a. a pair of chambers formed within a main body, namely a first chamber and a second chamber, wherein the pair of chambers hold dye components; b. an intermediate channel in fluid connection with the first chamber and the second chamber; c. a pair of plungers, namely a first plunger and a second plunger, wherein the pair of plungers are mounted within the first chamber and the second chamber respectively, wherein the pair of plungers expel the contents; d. a brush stem substantially hollow and having brush bristles extending from the brush stem, wherein the brush stem has liquid openings disposed on a wall of the brush stem.

10 . The dye hairbrush of claim 9 , further comprising: a dual plunger recess receiving a dual plunger; and further comprising a dye cartridge which is collapsible and fits within a dye cartridge recess of the main body.

11 . The dye hairbrush of claim 10 , wherein the dual plunger is mounted to a pusher, wherein dye is released by pushing the pusher against the cartridge.

12 . The dye hairbrush of claim 10 , wherein the dual plunger is mounted to a pusher, wherein the pusher has a cylindrical shape.

13 . The dye hairbrush of claim 10 , further comprising a round cap at a tip of the brush stem.

14 . The dye hairbrush of claim 9 , further comprising: a storage shell telescopically mounted over the main body, wherein the storage shell houses the brush in a storage configuration and retracts to expose the brush in a retracted position.

15 . The dye hairbrush of claim 14 , further comprising: a handle turning a worm gear, which advances the pair of plungers to expel dye components to the intermediate channel.

16 . The dye hairbrush of claim 9 , further comprising: a handle turning a worm gear, which advances the pair of plungers to expel dye components to the intermediate channel.
