Claims

Abstract

Blower, including a housing having a cavity, a wind wheel, a motor, an air inlet, and an air outlet. The housing and the wind wheel are made of steel plates, enamel materials are coated on surfaces of the steel plates, the wind wheel is disposed in the cavity of the housing, the air inlet is disposed at the bottom of the housing, and the air outlet is disposed on one side of the housing in a radial direction. The blower is capable of operating under a high-temperature (below 100° C.) and high-humidity environment, and features simple structure, easy manufacturing and low production cost.

1 . Blower, comprising
 a housing having a cavity;   a wind wheel;   a motor;   an air inlet; and   an air outlet;   wherein   said housing and/or said wind wheel are made of steel plates;   enamel materials are coated on surfaces of the steel plates;   said wind wheel is disposed in said cavity of said housing;   said air inlet is disposed at the bottom of said housing; and   said air outlet is disposed on one side of said housing in a radial direction.   
   
   
       2 . The blower of  claim 1 , wherein said wind wheel can also be made of BMC resin. 
   
   
       3 . The blower of  claim 1 , wherein said housing comprises a body and a bottom plate. 
   
   
       4 . The blower of  claim 3 , wherein said cavity is disposed on said body. 
   
   
       5 . The blower of  claim 3 , wherein said air inlet is disposed at the center of said bottom plate. 
   
   
       6 . The blower of  claim 3 , wherein said air outlet is disposed on one side of said body and connected to said cavity. 
   
   
       7 . The blower of  claim 3 , wherein a flange is extended from said cavity and connected to the edge of said bottom plate. 
   
   
       8 . The blower of  claim 1 , wherein said motor is disposed at the top of said housing via a U-shaped supporter. 
   
   
       9 . The blower of  claim 8 , wherein a pair of protruding portions are extended from both ends at the top of said U-shaped supporter. 
   
   
       10 . The blower of  claim 9 , wherein a pair of lugs are disposed on a shell of said motor. 
   
   
       11 . The blower of  claim 10 , wherein said lug is disposed on said protruding portion via a self-tapping screw. 
   
   
       12 . The blower of  claim 8 , wherein a sheet is disposed on said protruding portion. 
   
   
       13 . The blower of  claim 1 , wherein said motor has a rotating shaft, and a cooling fan is disposed on said rotating shaft and between said motor and said housing. 
   
   
       14 . The blower of  claim 1 , wherein a capacitor is connected to said motor, and a sheet is disposed on said capacitor. 
   
   
       15 . A housing for blower, the blower comprising an air inlet and an air outlet, and the housing comprising
 a cavity;   a body; and   a bottom plate;   wherein   the housing is made of steel plates;   enamel materials are coated on surfaces of the steel plates;   said cavity is disposed on said body;   the air inlet is disposed at the center of said bottom plate; and   the air outlet is disposed on one side of said body and connected to said cavity.   
   
   
       16 . A wind wheel for a blower, the blower comprising a housing having a cavity, and the wind wheel comprising multiple blades, wherein
 the wind wheel are made of steel plates;   enamel materials are coated on surfaces of the steel plates;   the wind wheel is disposed in said cavity of said housing; and   said blades enable airflow to move in a direction.
