Claims

Abstract

A separated-control valve device includes a valve seat having two inlets and two outlets respectively defined therein. A valve plate is irrotatably mounted on the valve seat and has two inlets and two outlets respectively corresponding to the two inlets and two outlets of the valve seat. A control module is mounted on the valve plate and including two valves slidably mounted on the valve plate. Each of the two valves has a guiding recess defined therein for selectively communicating with the inlet and outlet. A control seat is irrotatably mounted on the valve plate. Two levers are pivotally mounted in the control seat to respectively connect to the two valves for slidably moving the two valves.

1 . A separated-control valve device comprising:
 a valve seat having a pair of inlets and a pair of outlets, the pair of inlets including a first inlet and a second inlet respectively defined therein, the pair of outlets including a first outlet and a second outlet respectively defined therein, the first inlet and the second inlet adapted to respectively connect to a hot water source and a cold water source, the first outlet and the second outlet adapted to connect to a faucet;   a valve plate irrotatably mounted on the valve seat, the valve plate having a first inlet, a second inlet, a first outlet, and a second outlet respectively defined therein; the first inlet, the second inlet, the first outlet, and the second outlet of the valve plate respectively and correspondingly communicating with the first inlet, the second inlet, the first outlet, and the second outlet of the valve seat; and   a control module mounted on the valve plate and comprising:
 a first valve and a second valve slidably mounted on the valve plate, the first valve having a first guiding recess defined therein for selectively communicating with the first inlet and the first outlet of the valve plate, the second valve having a second guiding recess defined therein for selectively communicating with the second inlet and the second outlet of the valve plate; 
 a first lever and a second lever respectively connected to the first valve and the second valve for separately driving the first valve and the second valve; and 
 a control seat irrotatably mounted on the valve plate, the control seat having two holes defined therethrough, the first lever and the second lever respectively and pivotally received in the two holes; 
   wherein the first lever is pushed to move the first valve for adjustably communicating with the first inlet and the first outlet of the valve seat via the first guiding recess, the second lever pushed to move the second valve for adjustably communicating with the second inlet and the second outlet of the valve seat via the second guiding recess, the first lever and the second lever separately operated such that a temperature and a flow of water is separately adjustable.

The separated-control valve device as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the first guiding recess is defined in a bottom of the first valve, and the second guiding recess defined in a bottom of the second valve; a first cutout defined in a top of the first valve for connecting the first lever and the first valve, and a second cutout defined in a top of the second valve for connecting the second lever and the second valve.

The separated-control valve device as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the first valve has a first lower unit slidably mounted on the valve plate and a first upper unit complementally mounted on the first lower unit, the first guiding recess defined in a bottom of the first lower unit, the first upper unit having a first cutout defined in a top thereof for connecting the first lever and the first upper unit of the first valve; the second valve having a second lower unit slidably mounted on the valve plate and a second upper unit complementally mounted on the second lower unit, the second guiding recess defined in a bottom of the second lower unit, the second upper unit having a second cutout defined in a top thereof for connecting the second lever and the second upper unit of the second valve.

The separated-control valve device as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the valve plate has a separator disposed thereon for dividing the valve plate into a first portion and a second portion, the first inlet and the first outlet of the valve plate disposed in the first portion, the second inlet and the second outlet of the valve plate disposed in the second portion. 
   
   
       5 . The separated-control valve device as claimed in  claim 1  further comprising a shaft laterally mounted in the control seat via the first lever and the second lever for respectively providing a pivot to the first lever and the second lever. 
   
   
       6 . The separated-control valve device as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein the two holes of the control seat are slantwise defined therethrough, each of the two holes of the control seat having a slant surface formed on an inner periphery thereof for guiding a pivotal angle of the first lever and the second lever. 
   
   
       7 . The separated-control valve device as claimed in  claim 1  further comprising a valve housing irrotatably mounted in the valve seat for receiving the control module and the valve plate.
