Abstract

A Flag Pole Buddy for helping the elderly and handicap from making a unnecessary trip to the mailbox. When mailperson deliveries mail and opens the mailbox door this pulls the Flag pole Buddy support from under the Flag pole buddy causing it to stand up straight telling that mail has arrived. You get your mail and lay heavier bottom end back on the Flag pole buddy support. You can see the Flag pole buddy from your window in many homes. The bottom cap of the Flag pole buddy comes off which allows a 2 AA cell mini maglite flash light to be installed. At night this flash light eliminates the Flag pole buddy and light shines out of holes drilled in the top cap. This will help rescue and law enforcement find your home at night. The flag pole buddy bolts on opposite side of mailbox of outgoing mail flag.
