Abstract
The description relates to a heatable pump housing part comprising a heat distribution sheet fixed on the housing part and a tubular heating element fixed on the heat distribution sheet. According to the invention the tubular heating element is positioned in a groove or a step on the housing part that is covered by the heat distribution sheet.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . Heatable pump housing part comprising;
a heat distribution sheet fixed on the housing part; and a tubular heating element fixed on the heat distribution sheet, the tubular heating element being positioned in a groove or a step on the housing part covered by the heat distribution sheet.
2 . Pump housing part according to claim 1 , wherein the step forms one wall of a groove, in which the tubular heating element is positioned.
3 . Housing part according to claim 2 , wherein the tubular heating element touches both the walls of the groove.
4 . Pump housing part according to claim 2 , wherein the heat distribution sheet extends beyond the groove or step on both sides.
5 . Pump housing part according to claim 2 , wherein the heat distribution sheet projects above the groove or step on both sides by at least 0.5 cm.
6 . Pump housing part according to claim 1 , wherein the groove is U- or C-shaped.
7 . Pump housing part according to claim 1 , wherein the tubular heating element is positioned on a cover or bottom surface of the housing part.
8 . Pump housing part according to claim 1 , wherein the tubular heating element has a trapezoidal cross-section.
9 . Pump housing part according to claim 1 , wherein the groove or step has two surfaces running aslant to one another.
10 . Pump housing part according to claim 1 , wherein the groove or step has two surfaces running perpendicular to one another.
11 . Pump housing part according to claim 1 , wherein the heat distribution sheet comprises securing straps encompassing the tubular heating element.
12 . Pump housing part according to claim 11 , wherein the securing straps are cut out from the heat distribution sheet and bent upwards.
13 . Pump housing part according to claim 1 , wherein the tubular heating element includes a support plate for fixing a safety switch.
14 . Pump housing part according to claim 1 , wherein the pump housing part is in the form of a connecting tube, the connecting tube being surrounded by the tubular heating element.
15 . Pump housing part according to claim 1 , wherein the tubular heating element has a trapezoidal cross-section and is positioned on the heat distribution sheet with a trapezoidal footprint on the plate
16 . Pump housing part according to claim 1 , wherein the tubular heating element has a trapezoidal cross-section and is positioned on the heat distribution sheet with a surface opposite to the trapezoid footprint on the plate.
17 . Pump housing part according to claim 1 , wherein the heat distribution sheet is made of aluminium or an aluminium alloy.
18 . Pump housing part according to claim 1 , wherein the housing part is made of steel.
19 . Pump housing part according to claim 1 , wherein the heat distribution sheet has a thickness ranging from 1 mm to 1.5 mm.
20 . Pump housing part according to claim 1 , wherein the tubular heating element is in contact with at least two surfaces of the heat distribution sheet running diagonally to one another.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
