Abstract

A footless non-control pantyhose undergarment includes a panty portion and two leg portions. Each one of the leg portions terminates at a leg a band. The panty portion and the leg portions each has an elastic yarn with a low denier.

1 . A footless non-control pantyhose undergarment comprising:
 a panty portion;   two leg portions connected to the panty portion;   two leg bands;   each of the leg portions terminating at one of the two leg bands;   the panty portion comprising a first elastic yarn; and   the leg portions comprising a second elastic yarn, wherein the first elastic yarn and the second elastic yarn each has a denier of about 60 or less.   
   
   
       2 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1 , wherein the panty portion terminates at a waistband. 
   
   
       3 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1 , wherein the deniers of the first and second elastic yarns are equal. 
   
   
       4 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1 , wherein the deniers of the first and second elastic yarns are different. 
   
   
       5 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1 , wherein the denier of each one of the first elastic yarn and second elastic yarn is about 50 or less. 
   
   
       6 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 5 , wherein the deniers of the first and second elastic yarns are equal. 
   
   
       7 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 5 , wherein the deniers of the first and second elastic yarns are different. 
   
   
       8 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1  further comprising a first body yarn in the panty portion and a second body yarn in the leg portion. 
   
   
       9 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 8 , wherein the first and second body yarns each having a denier of 60 or less. 
   
   
       10 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 9 , wherein the denier of the first body and the denier of the second body yarn are equal. 
   
   
       11 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 9 , wherein the denier of the first body and the denier of the second body yarn are different. 
   
   
       12 . A footless non-control pantyhose undergarment comprising:
 a panty portion;   two leg portions connected to the panty portion;   two leg bands;   each of the leg portions terminating at one of the two leg bands; and   each one of the panty and the leg portions comprising at least one or more type of elastic yarns, wherein the denier of the elastic yarn with the highest denier is about 60 or less.   
   
   
       13 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 12 , wherein the panty portion terminates at a waistband.
