Abstract

A footless pantyhose undergarment includes a non-control panty portion and two leg portions connected to the panty potion. Each leg portion terminates at a leg band and the panty terminates at a waistband. The entire footless pantyhose undergarment is made of stretch yarns excluding elastic yarns.

1 . A footless pantyhose undergarment comprising:
 a panty portion;   two leg portions connected to the panty portion;   two leg bands; and   each of the leg portions terminating at one of two leg bands, wherein the panty portion is non-control.   
   
   
       2 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1  is made entirely with stretch yarn. 
   
   
       3 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 2 , wherein the stretch yarn is nylon. 
   
   
       4 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1  further comprises a two-ply leg band made entirely with stretch yarn. 
   
   
       5 . The footless pantyhose of  claim 4 , wherein the stretch yarn is nylon. 
   
   
       6 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1  further comprises a two-ply leg band with each ply having an elastic yarn with a denier of 60 or less. 
   
   
       7 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1  further comprises a two-ply leg band with each ply having an elastic yarn with a denier of about 60 to about 80. 
   
   
       8 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1  further comprises a two-ply leg band with only one of the plies having an elastic yarn. 
   
   
       9 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 8 , wherein the elastic yarn has a denier of about 60 or less. 
   
   
       10 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1 , wherein the leg band is above the knee of the wearer. 
   
   
       11 . The footless pantyhose of undergarment  claim 1 , wherein the leg band is below the knee of the wearer.
