Footless non-control pantyhose undergarment with modified leg bands

Abstract

A footless non-control pantyhose undergarment includes a panty portion and two leg portions. Each one of the leg portions terminates at a leg a band. Each leg band has two layers and each layer has an elastic yarn. The elastic yarn of each layer is equal or less than the elastic yarn used in the leg portion.

1 . A footless non-control pantyhose undergarment comprising:
 a panty portion;   two leg portions connected to the panty portion;   two leg bands:   each one of the leg portions terminating at one of the two leg bands;   each one of the leg bands having a top layer and a bottom layer;   the panty portion comprising a first yarn with a first denier,   the leg portions comprising a second yarn with a second denier,   the top layer of each leg band comprising a third yarn with a third denier; and   the bottom layer of each leg band comprising a fourth yarn with a fourth denier,   wherein each one of the third and fourth deniers is substantially equal or less than the second denier.   
   
   
       2 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1 , wherein the panty portion terminating at a waistband. 
   
   
       3 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1 , wherein the first, second, third and fourth yarns are elastic yarns and each one of the first, second, third, and fourth denier is about 60 or less. 
   
   
       4 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 3 , wherein the first, second, third and fourth yarns are spandex. 
   
   
       5 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 3 , wherein the first and second deniers are substantially equal. 
   
   
       6 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 3 , wherein the first and second deniers are different. 
   
   
       7 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 3 , wherein the sum of the third and fourth deniers is substantially equal or less than the second denier. 
   
   
       8 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 3 , wherein the third and fourth deniers are substantially equal. 
   
   
       9 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 3 , wherein the third and fourth deniers are different. 
   
   
       10 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1 , wherein the first, second, third and fourth yarns are body yarns and each one of the first, second, third, and fourth denier is about 60 or less. 
   
   
       11 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 10 , wherein the first and second deniers are substantially equal. 
   
   
       12 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 10 , wherein the first and second deniers are different. 
   
   
       13 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 10 , wherein the sum of the third denier and fourth denier is substantially equal or less than the second denier. 
   
   
       14 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 10 , wherein the third and fourth deniers are substantially equal. 
   
   
       15 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 10 , wherein the third and fourth deniers are different. 
   
   
       16 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 10 , wherein the panty portion and the leg portions each further comprising an elastic yarn with a denier of about 60 or less. 
   
   
       17 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 10 , wherein the panty portion, the leg portions, and one of the layers of the leg bands each further comprising an elastic yarn with a denier of 60 or less. 
   
   
       18 . The footless non-control pantyhose undergarment of  claim 10 , wherein the panty portion and one of the layers of the leg bands each further comprising an elastic yarn with a denier of 60 or less. 
   
   
       19 . A footless non-control pantyhose undergarment or footless pantyhose undergarment comprising:
 a panty portion;   two leg portions connected to the panty portion;   two leg bands;   each of said leg portions terminating at one of the two leg bands;   each one of said leg bands having a top layer and a bottom layer; and   the panty portion comprising a first elastic yarn;   the leg portions comprising a second elastic yarn;   the top layer of each leg band comprising a third elastic yarn; and   the bottom layer of each leg band comprising a fourth elastic yarn, wherein the first, second, third, and fourth elastic yarns each has a denier in the range of about 60 or less.   
   
   
       20 . A footless pantyhose undergarment or footless pantyhose undergarment comprising:
 a panty portion;   two leg portions connected to the panty portion;   two leg bands;   each one of the leg portions terminating at one of the two leg band;   each one of the leg bands having a top layer and a bottom layer;   the panty portion comprising a first elastic yarn;   the leg portions comprising a second elastic yarn;   the top layer of each leg band comprising a third elastic yarn; and   the bottom layer of each leg band comprising a fourth elastic yarn, wherein the first and second elastic yarns each has a denier of about 60 or less and the third and fourth elastic yarns each has a denier in the range of about 60 to about 80.
