Footless pantyhose undergarment with two-ply legs

Abstract

A footless pantyhose undergarment includes a single ply panty portion and two two-ply leg portions. Each two-ply leg portion comprises a tubular folded segment connected to the panty. The fold line is where the leg ends.

1 . A footless pantyhose undergarment comprising:
 a single ply non-control panty portion; and   two leg portions each made of a two-ply segment being connected to the panty portion.   
   
   
       2 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1 , wherein the panty portion terminates at a waist terminating portion. 
   
   
       3 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1 , wherein each one of the two-ply segments comprises a tubular segment folded to create two plies. 
   
   
       4 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 3 , wherein each tubular segment is connected to the panty portion. 
   
   
       5 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1 , wherein each one of the panty and the leg portions comprises an elastic yarn with a denier of about 60 or less. 
   
   
       6 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1 , wherein each one of the panty and the leg portions comprises a body yarn with a denier of about 80 or less. 
   
   
       7 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1 , wherein the folded segments of the leg portions having a fold line located above the knee of the wearer. 
   
   
       8 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1 , wherein the folded segments of the leg portions having a fold line located below the knee of the wearer. 
   
   
       9 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1 , wherein each one of the two-ply having a first layer and a second layer, first layer comprises a first yarn with a first denier, second layer comprises a second yarn with a second denier, and the panty portion comprises a third yarn with a third denier. 
   
   
       10 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1 , wherein the first, second, and third yarns are elastic yarns and the sum of the first and second deniers are substantially equal to the third yarn. 
   
   
       11 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 1 , wherein the first, second, and third yarns are body yarns and the sum of the first and second deniers are substantially equal to the third yarn. 
   
   
       12 . A footless pantyhose undergarment comprising:
 a single ply reinforced panty portion;   two leg portions each made of a seamless tubular folded segment;   each seamless folded segment creates two plies with two edges: and the two edges of the folded segment are connected to the panty portion.   
   
   
       13 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 12 , wherein the panty portion terminates at a waist terminating portion. 
   
   
       14 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 12 , wherein each one of the two-ply segments comprises a tubular segment folded to create two plies. 
   
   
       15 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 12 , wherein the panty comprises an elastic yarn with a denier of above 60 to 150. 
   
   
       16 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 12 , wherein each one of the leg portions comprises an elastic yarn above 60 to 150. 
   
   
       17 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 12 , wherein each one of the leg portions comprises an elastic yarn about 60 or less. 
   
   
       18 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 12 , wherein each one of the panty and the leg portions comprises a body yarn with a denier of about 80 or less. 
   
   
       19 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 12 , wherein the folded segments of the leg portions having a fold line located above the knee of the wearer. 
   
   
       20 . The footless pantyhose undergarment of  claim 12 , wherein the folded segments of the leg portions having a fold line located below the knee of the wearer.
