Abstract
Owing to the two-part nature of the inner body, the upper body frame can be withdrawn in the event of damage without the operation of the distribution cabinet being interrupted.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A distribution cabinet with a body, comprising
an inner body in the form of a body frame made from metal and possibly paneling with shielding plates, and an outer body, in particular in the form of spaced paneling of the inner body, which is preferably made from plastic, and a mounting rack for fixing the internals, said mounting rack being fixed to the inner body,
wherein
the inner body comprises a lower body frame and an upper body frame, which are detachably connected to one another, and
the mounting rack is fixed to the lower body frame.
2 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 1 , wherein
the mounting rack protrudes from the lower body frame into the upper body frame when the upper body frame has already been fitted.
3 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 1 ,
wherein the upper body frame is open at the bottom and can be turned over the mounting rack equipped with internals.
4 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 1 ,
wherein the lower body frame is a parallelepipedal frame with frame parts along in particular all of the outer edges.
5 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 1 ,
wherein the upper body frame comprises vertical struts, which run in the turned-over state laterally next to the lower body frame and are connected to the vertical strut thereof.
6 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 1 ,
wherein in the case of the upper body frame, at least the front, lowermost horizontal struts, in particular all of the struts, can be dismantled and replaced individually without the rest of the upper body frame being dismantled.
7 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 1 ,
wherein the vertical struts of the lower body frame have guides for the free ends of the vertical struts of the upper body frame, which guides guide said free ends in an interlocking manner in at least one horizontal transverse direction, as well as locking elements, which lock the two frames vertically with respect to one another.
8 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 1 ,
wherein the locking of the upper and lower body frames with respect to one another takes place by means of locking bars being pushed horizontally through the two frames, in each case so as to pass through the front and rear vertical struts, in particular through the passages of the outer holders, which are arranged on the outer sides of the lower ends of the vertical struts of the upper body frame and are aligned with passages in the lower side frame).
9 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 1 ,
wherein the upper body frame comprises frame profiles, which run along in particular all of the outer edges of the parallelepipedal upper body frame and in the case of which the vertical profiles are extended beyond the lower corners, in particular by a length corresponding to the height of the lower body frame.
10 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 1 ,
wherein the individual mounting panels, which form the mounting rack are reinforced with respect to one another in the upper region by means of at least one horizontal strut.
11 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 1 ,
wherein the individual mounting panels are intrinsically stable per se even when populated and the transverse connecting strut between the panels can be removed without the functional units accommodated on the mounting panels being deactivated.
12 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 1 ,
wherein the functional panels have at least one hanging point in the upper region.
13 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 1 ,
wherein in the case of the lower body frame, the vertical frame parts are supplemented or replaced by guides for the upper body frame, and in particular the lower body frame comprises side parts in the form of a U-shaped side frame.
14 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 1 ,
wherein the distribution cabinet comprises a base, in particular with a base box and a base foot, and the lower body frame is connected to the base, in particular rests on it.
15 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 1 ,
wherein the mounting rack protrudes out of the inner face of the lower body frame close to the rear edge thereof and, when the upper body frame is turned over protrudes as far as its upper end.
16 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 1 ,
wherein
the upper body frame is paneled with shielding plates, in particular on the outside, and in particular from the upper horizontal profiles down as far as the lower horizontal profiles,
the outer body comprises at least one door, which is articulated on the upper body frame and preferably extends only over the height region between the upper and lower horizontal struts of the upper body frame.
17 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 1 ,
wherein the frame profiles of the upper body frame are connected detachably to one another via connecting elements, in particular cubic connectors, in the outer corners in such a way that individual frame profiles can be replaced even in the turned-over state, but at least in the removed state.
18 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 1 ,
wherein the lower body frame comprises dismountable individual parts, in particular side frames and frame profiles provided therebetween, which are connected to one another via connecting elements in such a way that individual parts can be replaced even in the fitted state of the lower body frame, in which state it is also equipped with internals, in particular once the outer body has been removed.
19 . A method for repairing a body of a distribution cabinet which has been damaged in the upper region, by
the outer body being removed from the inner body, the connection between the upper body frame and the lower body frame being detached, the upper body frame being withdrawn upwards and/or rearwards over the mounting rack and the internals, the defective parts of the upper body frame being replaced or the whole thing being replaced in particular including the shielding plates, the upper body frame being turned over the mounting rack from above again and being connected to the lower body frame, and the outer body being fixed to the upper body frame of the inner body.
20 . The method as claimed in claim 20 ,
wherein once the upper body frame has been lifted, individual parts of the lower body frame are replaced during running operation of the internals.
21 . The method as claimed in claim 19 ,
wherein prior to the removal of the upper body frame, the front, lowermost transverse strut of the upper body frame is dismantled and, in order to withdraw the upper body frame, is only lifted to such an extent that it comes out of engagement with the guides of the lower body frame and then is drawn towards the rear.
22 . The method as claimed in claim 19 ,
wherein once the upper body frame has been removed, the mounting panels are hung individually or together on their hanging points, in particular are hung on a mounting yoke, and the damaged lower body frame or its damaged parts is/are replaced.
23 . A distribution cabinet with a body, comprising
an inner body in the form of a body frame made from metal and possibly paneling with shielding plates, and an outer body, in particular in the form of spaced paneling of the inner body, which is preferably made from plastic, and a mounting rack for fixing the internals, said mounting rack being fixed to the inner body,
wherein
the body comprises a plurality of inner bodies next to one another and these inner bodies are fixedly connected to one another via at least one attachment element.
24 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 23 ,
wherein fixing apparatuses, in particular hinge parts for hanging the doors of the outer body of the rear walls of the outer bodies are provided in the attachment element.
25 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 23 ,
wherein the attachment element, when viewed in the front view, has such a width that, in the fitted state, the same doors of the outer body can be used between two inner bodies as in the case of an individual body.
26 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 23 ,
wherein the attachment element extends over the entire height of the inner body and in particular is a frame running around the periphery in rectangular fashion from the front to the rear side.
27 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 23 ,
wherein the attachment element comprises a front attachment strip with hinge parts for the doors and a rear attachment strip with fixing apparatuses for the rear walls, which strips are fixed, in particular screwed or locked, vertically between the front and rear vertical struts of the profile frames.
28 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 23 ,
wherein the attachment elements are fixed to the inner body by means of the same outer holders via which the outer paneling of the outer body is otherwise fixed to the inner body, in particular hung on it.
29 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 23 ,
wherein the attachment elements are sufficiently stable for bearing an attached body without said attached body being supported by a further attached base.
30 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 23 ,
wherein the free space between the sides of the two inner bodies which point towards one another is covered via shielding plates, at least one shielding plate, on the upper side.
31 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 23 ,
wherein the attached body has a base supporting it.
32 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 23 ,
wherein the side faces pointing towards one another of the inner bodies are not paneled with shielding plates, with the result that an interior is provided which is continuous in the transverse direction.
33 . The distribution cabinet as claimed in claim 1 ,
wherein in the event of an inner body comprising a lower and upper body frame, the attachment element(s) extend(s) over the entire height of the upper body frame ( 16 b ), in particular as far as its lower free ends of the vertical struts.
34 . A method for extending a distribution cabinet, by
lateral paneling, the rear wall and a door of the outer body being removed, at least one attachment element, in particular on its outer holders, being fixed to this side of the inner body, a further inner body being fixed on the opposite side of the attachment element, a further mounting rack being fixed in the further inner body and equipped with internals, the internals of the new inner body being electrically connected to those of the previous inner body and activated, the new inner body being equipped with an outer body, the rear wall and door on the previous body again being arranged using the attachment element.
35 . The method as claimed in claim 34 ,
