Abstract

An assembling system for storage and workbench, wherein the assembling system comprises at least an upright support, a beam, locking components (include cross brace, locking pins and steel corner plate), and a plurality of back and side panels. The aforesaid components are connected with no screws nor bolts but by hooks internally disposed in each component. The upright support comprises three working surfaces which are integrally formed and each working surface stands vertically and joins with each other to form a square shaped upright self supporting structure. Each working surface has a plurality of fixing slots. The overall structure is secure and capable of resisting strong pressure, convenient to assemble and disassemble and adjustable in height and use of components, including the affixing of doors and drawers. The assembling system is widely applicable to modular storage and workbench systems in homes, garages and small enterprises.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An assembling system for storage and workbench, characterized in that the assembling system at least comprises
an upright support; a beam, a back panel, side panels and panels connected to the upright support; and locking components for connecting components including the upright support, the beam, the back panel and the side panels.

2 . The assembling system for storage and workbench as in claim 1 , characterized in that the upright support is roller-pressed and an open side thereof is placed at 45 degrees to outside left or right edge orientation, and the three working surfaces each stands vertically and joins with each other to form a square-shaped upright support structure, and each working surface has a plurality of fixing slots.

3 . The assembling system for storage and workbench as in claim 1 , characterized in that the beam comprises a processed internal edge and is internally-disposed with hooks and fixing slots.

4 . The assembling system for storage and workbench as in claim 1 , characterized in that the locking component comprises a cross brace and the cross brace is internally-disposed with hooks.

5 . The assembling system for storage and workbench as in claim 1 , characterized in that the locking component comprises a locking pin and the locking pins is used for securing connection of the entire system.

6 . The assembling system for storage and workbench as in claim 1 , characterized in that the locking component comprises a top steel corner plate, and the top steel corner plate is inserted into a square-shaped opening from a top end of the upright support.
