. The pipe tool of claim 1 , wherein said tamper arm is cylindrical.

. The pipe tool of claim 1 , wherein said tamper arm is cubical.

. The pipe tool of claim 1 , wherein said tamper arm is rectangular.

. The pipe tool of claim 1 , wherein said tamper arm has a blunt tamper foot.

. The pipe tool of claim 1 , wherein said tamper arm has a rounded tamper foot.

. The pipe tool of claim 1 , wherein said tamper arm extends a range of between 0.1 and 2.0 inches.

. The pipe tool of claim 1 , wherein said tamper arm has a diameter in a range of about 0.1 and 0.5 inches.

. The pipe tool of claim 1 , wherein said tamper foot has a diameter in a range of about 0.1 and 0.5 inches.

. The pipe tool of claim 1 , wherein said tamper arm is tapered.

. The pipe tool of claim 1 , wherein at least one accessory attachment loop is affixed to the lighter receptacle body.

. The pipe tool of claim 1 , wherein said tamper arm is perpendicular to a base plate, said base plate located beneath the body, opposite from the lighter receptacle.

. The pipe tool of claim 1 , wherein said tamper arm is positioned immediately beneath the lighter receptacle body, and fixedly attached at the body base.

. The pipe tool of claim 11 , wherein said loop is vertically affixed to the lighter receptacle body.

. The pipe tool of claim 1 , wherein said tamper arm is removable from said pipe tool.

. The pipe tool of claim 15 , wherein said tamper arm is removable via a threadable screwing means.

. The pipe tool of claim 1 , further comprising construction of high density plastic.

. A method for compacting the ash or unsmoked tobacco of a pipe comprising:
Holding a pipe tool containing a lighter receptacle vertically; inserting a lighter into said lighter receptacle; inserting the tamper arm of said pipe tool vertically into a pipe bowl; moving the tamper arm in an up and down motion to compact the ash or unsmoked tobacco located in said pipe bowl.

. A method for inserting a lighter into the lighter receptacle of a pipe tool comprising:
