Abstract

In general in one aspect, agenda items are generated based on a consumer's one or more interactions with a system. The agenda items are consolidated into an agenda, a graphical user interface is produced that when rendered on a display displays the agenda, and a request from the consumer to interact with one or more of the agenda items is received.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A computer-implemented method, the method comprises:
receiving, by one or more computers, a medical history for a consumer of medical services from one or more health data repositories and the consumer's one or more interactions with a medical brokerage system; applying a rules engine to the medical history for the consumer of medical services; generating, based on the application of the rules engine to the medical history, a list of one or more medical issues associated with the consumer of medical services; applying the rules engine to the list of one or more medical issues associated with the consumer of medical services; generating, based on the application of the rules engine to the list of one or more medical issues, a subset of the list of medical issues, the subset including medical issues that the provider of medical services is qualified to address with the consumer of medical services; producing, by one or more computers, a graphical user interface that when rendered on a display displays the subset of the list of medical issues; and sending, by one or more computers, the subset of the list of the medical issues to one or more of the providers of medical services and the consumer of medical services.

2 . The method of claim 1 wherein generating a subset of the list of medical issues comprises:
applying rules to the consumer's list of medical issues based on one or more attributes of the list of medical issues.

3 . The method of claim 1 wherein the generation of the subset of the list of medical issues adds new medical issues to a prior list of medical issues.

         4 - 11 . (canceled)

12 . A computer program product residing on a computer readable medium, the computer program product comprising instructions for causing a computer to:
receive a medical history for a consumer of medical services from one or more health data repositories and the consumer's one or more interactions with a medical brokerage system; apply a rules engine to the medical history for the consumer of medical services; generate, based on the application of the rules engine to the medical history, a list of one or more medical issues associated with the consumer of medical services; apply the rules engine to the list of one or more medical issues associated with the consumer of medical services; generate, based on the application of the rules engine to the list of one or more medical issues, a subset of the list of medical issues, the subset including medical issues that the provider of medical services is qualified to address with the consumer of medical services; produce a graphical user interface that when rendered on a display displays the subset of the list of medical issues; and send the subset of the list of the medical issues to one or more of the providers of medical services and the consumer of medical services.

13 . The computer program product of claim 12 wherein instructions to generate a subset of the list of medical issue comprises instructions to:
apply rules to the consumer's list of medical issues based on one or more attributes of the list of medical issues.

14 . The computer program product of claim 12 wherein the generation of the subset of the list of medical issues adds new medical issues to a prior list of medical issues.

         15 - 33 . (canceled)

         34 . A computer-implemented method comprising:
receiving a list of one or more medical issues associated with a consumer of medical services; producing by one or more computers a graphical user interface that when rendered on a display, displays the list of the one or more medical issues; sending by one or more computers the graphical user interface having the list of the medical issues; and establishing a real-time communication channel between the consumer of medical services and the provider of medical services.

35 . The method of claim 34 wherein the received list of one or more medical issues includes one or more of eligibility data, claims data, Pharmacy Benefit Management (“PBM”) information, predictive modeling, or provider feeds relevant for consumer referrals.

36 . The method of claim 34 further comprising:
establishing a communication channel between a brokerage system and one or more external data sources.

37 . The method of claim 36 further comprising:
sending, over the established communication channel between the brokerage system and one or more external data sources, a request to generate the list of one or more medical issues associated with the consumer of medical services.
