Abstract
A balloon article is disclosed which includes a balloon doll and an air-blower. The air-blower is connected to a power source via an conduction wire. The article also includes a motion component that includes an anchoring element and a motion element. The motion component is fixed on the base of the balloon doll via the anchoring element. This component is also connected to a power source via a conduction wire. The motion element of the motion component is connected with a horizontal bar. Two pulling strings are fixed between the both ends of the horizontal bar and the both upper sides of the balloon doll. A heavy piece serves as a ballast and is fixed at the base of the balloon doll.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A balloon decorational article comprising:
a balloon doll; an air blower connected to a power source via a conduction wire; a motion component having an anchoring element and a motion element; a horizontal bar connected to said motion element; and two or more pulling strings between the ends of said horizontal bar and the upper sides of said balloon doll; wherein said motion component is fixed to the base of said balloon doll with said anchoring element and connected to a power source with a conduction wire so that the balloon doll may be placed in and out of motion; and wherein a ballast is fixed at the base of said balloon doll to provide stability to said balloon doll.
2 . The balloon decorational article of claim 1 wherein said motion component is a musical motion component.
3 . The balloon decorational article of claim 2 wherein said motion component is a musical motion component for electrical toys.
4 . The balloon decorational article of claim 1 wherein said anchoring element includes two anchoring horizontal bars connected to the base of said balloon doll.
5 . The balloon decorational article of claim 1 wherein said air-blower is series-connected to the electrical motion component.
