Abstract

A golf bag cart is disclosed, comprising a bottom cart stand, having a link segment at its top, and a bag base at its bottom, where the bottom cart stand is provided with a slider thereon; an upper cart stand, in pinned connection with the link segment at its bottom; a rear wheel frame, fixed at each of both sides of the link segment, where the two rear wheel frames and the bottom cart stand together form a pyramid, and the bottom end of the rear wheel frame connects to the rear wheel; a linkage, set up between the upper cart stand and the slide; a draw pole, set up between the slide and the rear wheel frame; a front wheel, positioned under the bag base, having a folding joint, which could level the front wheel; and a lock mechanism, having a core, in pinned connection to the top of the slider, where the upper cart stand and the bottom cart stand are thus fastened to each other; the rear wheels could be spread up, subject to the linking among the linkage, the slider, the draw pole and the rear wheel frame; through the pyramid, formed by the two rear wheel frames and the bottom cart stand, the cart is able to stand up on the ground with better backing, which sufficiently holds the bag load, to keep the cart sustainable and to avoid deforming into collapse.

1 . A golf bag cart, comprising:
 a.) a bottom cart stand, having a link segment at its top, and a bag base at its bottom, where said bottom cart stand is provided with a slider thereon;   b.) an upper cart stand, in pinned connection with the link segment at its bottom;   c.) a rear wheel frame, fixed at each of both sides of the link segment, together with said bottom cart stand to form a pyramid, and its bottom end connecting to a rear wheel;   d.) a linkage, set up between said upper cart stand and the slide, to link said upper cart stand physically to the slider;   e.) a draw pole, set up between the slide and said rear wheel frame, to link the slider physically to said rear wheel frame;   f.) a front wheel, positioned under the bag base, having a folding joint, capable of leveling said front wheel;   g.) a lock mechanism, having a core, in pinned connection to the top of the slider, capable of fastening said upper cart stand and said bottom cart stand to each other;   
       wherein based on the above structural combination, the folding operation being carried out by releasing said lock mechanism, twisting said upper cart stand and said bottom cart stand to put together closely, and leveling said front wheel; whereas the unfolding operation requires the slider to slide toward the link segment subject to the linking of said linkage, the slider, said draw pole and said rear wheel frame, and said upper cart stand and said bottom cart stand being fastened to each other through the use of said lock mechanism, followed by spreading up the rear wheels; the pyramid, formed by said two rear wheel frames and said bottom cart stand, making the cart standing on the ground with better support, and capable of sufficiently holding the bag load, maintaining the cart framing in a rock-steady manner, which would scarcely deform into collapse 
     
     
         2 . A golf bag cart as in  claim 1  wherein the link segment of said bottom cart stand joins said rear wheel frame fixedly by means of fasteners, where the fastener has an included angle with respect to the ground. 
     
     
         3 . A golf bag cart as in  claim 1  wherein said bottom cart stand is provided with a trench, matching the slider, at each of its both sides. 
     
     
         4 . A golf bag cart as in  claim 1  wherein said bottom cart stand is provided with a spring in its internal, with one end connecting to the link segment, and the other end to the slider. 
     
     
         5 . A golf bag cart as in  claim 1  wherein said lock mechanism comprises:
 a.) a core, having a torque spring at its middle, pin-connected to the top of the slider, where its one end is provided with a resilient buckle, and the other end a clasp hook; and   b.) a clasp chunk, protruded on the link segment.
