Tri board game

Abstract

A board game device having a plurality of tri-squares, four corners and a diagonally arranged border row of eight tri-squares of a conspicuous hue extending between two corners of the board and dividing the board into two triangular sections, with a plurality of parallel rows with the center row thereof perpendicular to the border row, having a contrasting hue on different sides of the border, with proximal and distal ends thereof forming player positions at the other corner wherein each game piece has at least a tetrahedron first body member.

1 . A method of playing a board game comprising the following steps:
 providing a substantially square game board with a surface and four corners;   providing a first row of vivid tri-squares defining a border with a hue in contrast with that of any remaining surface;   locating said first row between two opposing, diagonal corners of said board;   dividing the game board into two triangular-shaped areas with said border;   providing a plurality of rows parallel to each other and perpendicular to said border;   providing each said row with a hue on one side of the border in contrast with the hue on the other side of the border;   providing a center row of said plurality of rows passing through the center of the board perpendicular to said border;   forming two playing positions at the proximal and distal ends of said center row;   assigning first, second, third, fourth, and fifth sets of game pieces to the two triangular-shaped areas;   placing said pieces thereon in home base positions;   defining said sets of game pieces as TRIKER, TRIBLK, TRIMIS, TRIPEEN and TRIPEX, respectively;   assigning a point value of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 to said sets of game pieces consistent with the home base positions of the pieces.   appointing a banker and providing a banking container for storage of monies and game pieces;   allocating monies to each player and to the banker prior to starting the game;   collecting the payment of monies for game piece movement consistent with game rules;   
   
   
       2 . The method of claim  11  further comprising the steps as follows:
 utilizing the rolling of chance elements to determine the commencement of rounds of game play and the movement of game pieces;   
   
   
       3 . The method of claim  12  further comprising:
 determining the payment of monies for game piece movement consistent with game rules;   calculating said payment based on the selection of the piece moved together with the point value thereof.   
   
   
       4 . The method of claim  12  further comprising the steps as follows:
 winning the round of game play;   opting to purchase a TRIKER to place on the game board in addition to game piece movement within the rules of play.   
   
   
       5 . The method of claim  12  further comprising the steps as follows:
 winning the round of game play;   receiving money from said banker;   moving a game piece without the payment of monies;   utilizing the provision of an extra roll of said chance elements within the rules of special combinations.   
   
   
       6 . The method of claim  11  further comprising the steps as follows:
 providing compartments in said banking container;   assigning compartments for holding different denominations of money.   
   
   
       7 . The method of claim  11  further comprising the steps as follows:
 introducing reusable set marking cards into the game;   using said set marking cards to record rounds of play.   
   
   
       8 . The method of claim  11  further comprising the steps as follows:
 providing a number-letter marking on each tri-square;   assigning the same letter to the tri-squares on one side of the border; assigning a different letter to the tri-squares on the opposite side of the border;   utilizing a different number-letter arrangement on the border.
