Abstract

This invention is a fold up utility tray made of waterproof material to prevent spilling liquids while changing was ring, carpet, tile or flooring. Tray comes in many sizes to fit most jobs. Tray folds for easy storage. Can be used for mixing small amounts of cement, stucco or art work.

1 . The utility tray is made of a waterproof long lasting material to hold commode to prevent leakage while replacing wax ring, carpet, tile or flooring. The utility tray sides and ends fold down for easy storage. 
   
   
       2 . Original tray is three (3) inches high and twenty nine (29) inches long and nineteen (19) inches wide to prevent spills with larger jobs, and still fits under sink for working on water pipes, drain or dishwasher. 
   
   
       3 . Tray will be manufactured in many sizes to fit all jobs. Tray can be used for Mixing small amounts of cement, stucco or art work.
