The said tubes comprises a hollow tubular body with a dispensing end and a fill and/or refill end; wherein the dispensing end comprises at least one opening adapted for dispensing the contents of the tube and the fill and/or refill end comprises of a sealable and/or resealable closure.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A fillable/refillable tube comprising a hollow tubular body, a dispensing end and a fill/refill end; wherein the dispensing end comprises at least one opening adapted for dispensing the contents of the tube and the fill/refill end comprises of a sealable and/or resealable closure.
2 . A fillable/refillable tube as claimed in claim 1 wherein the sealable and/or resealable closure comprises of a two or more part interlocking, fluid impervious, flexible seal closure.
3 . A fillable/refillable tube as claimed in claim 1 wherein the sealable and/or resealable closure comprises of a flexible one-way valve comprising a hollow body with first and second ends, the first end having an open mouth and the second end having an elongate slit which can be secured in an open and closed position.
4 . A fillable/refillable tube as claimed in claim 1 wherein the sealable and/or resealable closure comprises an adhesive on one or more sides of the filling/refilling end of the tube.
5 . A fillable/refillable tube as claimed in claim 1 wherein the tubular hollow body made of a material selected from flexible packaging material, deformable material deformable thermoplastic, metal, resin, plastic, silicones, rubbers, low density polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyvinylidene chloride, polyethylene, polycarbonate, polyester, vinyl, nylon, recyclable plastics, bioplastics, biodegradable plastics, various impregnated and/or laminated fibrous materials, various plasticized materials, etc. and combinations thereof.
6 . A fillable/refillable tube as claimed in claim 2 wherein the two or more part interlocking closure runs along a circumferential segment along the body of the tube.
7 . A fill/refill tube comprising a hollow tubular body and at least one open end, the said open end in contact with a closure; the said closure comprising at least two openings wherein one opening is a first orifice suitably adapted to dispense the contents of the tube and the second opening is a second orifice suitably adapted for filling/refilling the contents of the tube.
8 . A fill/refill tube as claimed in claim 7 wherein the closure mating type with the tube is selected from a screw-type, snap fit, welded closure, or the like.
9 . A fill/refill tube as claimed in claim 7 wherein the tubular hollow body made of a material selected from flexible packaging material, deformable material, deformable thermoplastic, metal, resin, plastic, silicones, rubbers, low density polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyvinylidene chloride, polyethylene, polycarbonate, polyester, vinyl, nylon, recyclable plastics, bioplastics, biodegradable plastics, various impregnated and/or laminated fibrous materials, various plasticized materials, etc. and combinations thereof.
10 . A fill/refill tube comprising a hollow tubular body and at least one open end (wherein the open end is a large orifice suitably adapted for filling/refilling the contents of the tube), the said open end in contact with a closure; the said closure comprising at least one opening wherein the opening is an orifice suitably adapted to dispense the contents of the tube; the said dispensing orifice further sealed by a second closure.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
