This is used to secure the lid in a closed and operating position to the base of the container. The locking device is such to allow a person with nominal dexterity to manually unlock the lid by hand from the base and swing the lid back exposing the interior storage space. wherein the container aperture slot is centered between top to bottom across the container length. wherein the container's exterior of the storage portion has an affixed fastener device, common example, a belt clip, or other fastener such as chain, ring, screws, bolts, glue, adhesive, magnets, nails, staples, rivets, welding, string or rope. wherein when the container is opened the interior storage space is exposed.
