Abstract
An underwear garment comprises a front portion and a rear portion which form a pair of boxer shorts, and an underpants portion within the underwear garment. The underpants portion substantially extends at the front portion of the boxer shorts and is connected to the front of the boxer shorts at at least one portion of the upper edge of the front portion of the boxer shorts and at a further portion in the rear thereof, which is arranged between the crotch of the boxer shorts and the upper edge of the rear portion of the boxer shorts. The underpants portion comprises two free sides that are interconnected by containment elastic elements.

17 . An underwear garment comprising a front portion and a rear portion joined to form a pair of boxer shorts, an underpants portion being arranged within the underwear garment, said underpants portion substantially extending at the front portion of the boxer pants.

The underwear garment according to claim 17 , wherein said underpants portion is connected to the front of the boxer shorts at least one portion of the upper edge of the front portion of the boxer shorts and at a further portion in the rear thereof, which does not match the upper edge of the rear portion of the boxer shorts.
19 . The underwear garment according to claim 18 , wherein said underpants portion is connected to the rear of the boxer shorts at said further portion arranged between the crotch of the boxer shorts and the upper edge of the rear portion of the boxer shorts.
20 . The underwear garment according to claim 18 , wherein said underpants portion is connected to the rear of the boxer shorts at said further portion that is substantially arranged at the crotch of the boxer shorts.
21 . The underwear garment according to claim 17 , wherein said pair of boxer shorts comprises a front opening and wherein said underpants portion comprises an opening that is complementary to said front opening.
22 . The underwear garment according to claim 21 , wherein said underpants portion and said pair of boxer shorts are connected to each other at said opening and at said complementary opening.
23 . The underwear garment according to claim 22 , wherein said underpants portion and said pair of boxer shorts are connected to each other by means of stitches extending along the sides of said opening and said complementary opening.
24 . The underwear garment according to claim 17 , wherein said underpants portion comprises two free sides.
25 . The underpants garment according to claim 24 , wherein said free sides are associated with containment elastic elements.
26 . The underwear garment according to claim 17 , wherein said pair of boxer shorts is made of a first fabric and wherein said underpants portion is made of a second fabric, said second fabric having a different elasticity from that of said first fabric.
27 . The underwear garment according to claim 26 , wherein said second fabric has a greater elasticity than that of said first fabric.
28 . The underwear garment according to claim 17 , wherein said front portion of the boxer shorts is made of a first side panel and a second side panel that are stitched to each other at the crotch and at a midline.
29 . The underwear garment according to claim 17 , wherein said front portion of the boxer shorts is made of a first side panel and a second side panel and a middle panel that are stitched to each other at the crotch and at two rear lines.
30 . The underwear garment according to claim 29 , wherein said underpants portion is connected to the front of the boxer shorts at least one portion of the upper edge of the front portion of the boxer shorts and at a further portion in the rear thereof, which is substantially arranged at the middle panel of the rear portion of the boxer shorts.
31 . The underwear item according to claim 17 , wherein the underpants portion has a substantially trapezoid shape, the large base thereof connected to the front portion of the boxer shorts whereas the small base thereof connected to the rear portion of the boxer shorts.
32 . The underwear garment according to claim 17 , wherein said pair of boxer shorts is made of a first fabric and wherein said underpants portion is made of a second fabric, said second fabric having a different elasticity from that of said first tissue, preferably having a greater elasticity than that of said first fabric which is obtained by introducing an elastomeric thread in the warp and/or weft of said second fabric.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
