The present invention relates to a retractable blowing exerciser, wherein the round cup is designed into a taper shaped radial face for matching and positioning of the arc of the ball body, a neck pipe is positioned below the base of the round cup to connect the integrated retractable ring so that the flat round body of the ring folds into the integrated extension coefficient, people can adjust the distance depending on their height for playing in the ball blowing area and achieve the practical benefits of fitness and entertainment for users in all ages anytime and anywhere.

A retractable blowing exerciser, comprising a round cup, retractable ring, support bar and base, wherein the ring of the round cup is designed with taper shaped radius, a neck pipe extends from below the base of the cup to connect the upper end of the integrated retractable ring, the retractable ring consists of a plurality of flexible compression folding flat round bodies to allow each section to be compressed and folded into highly flexible recoverable status, the lower end of the ring consists of a support bar inserted into a central hole of the base so that each section of the flat round body of the retractable ring can be compressed, folded and extended into any shape and height to provide the positioning and flexible recovery function to achieve the practical benefits of safe ball blowing exercise.
