Abstract

The present invention is a tailpipe exhaust nozzle device that can be used with a vehicle with a side exhaust pipe that attaches magnetically to a vehicle exhaust removal system. The exhaust pipe nozzle device is made up of a body ring portion, a male adaptor that is integral with the body ring portion forming a clamp groove. There is also a plurality of magnets disposed on the male adaptor for attachment to the vehicle exhaust pipe removal system and a polymeric boot on the bottom of the body ring portion. The exhaust pipe nozzle device may or may not be in the shape of a cylinder The device also includes a 90 degree stainless steel transition elbow and galvanized steel tailpipe adapter which is attached to the end of the vehicle tailpipe. There is also a vertical stack exhaust pipe embodiment of the device.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A tailpipe exhaust nozzle device to help expel vehicle exhaust fumes from a building with a vehicle with a side exhaust pipe, comprising:
a body ring portion that may be in the shape of a cylinder with a bottom that may be in the shape of a cylinder and an inner aperture; a male adaptor that may be in the shape of a cylinder with a side that may be in the shape of a cylinder and a top shelf surface that may be in the shape of a cylinder that is integral with said inner aperture forming a clamp groove between said body ring portion and said top shelf surface; a plurality of magnets disposed on said top shelf surface; and a polymeric boot attached to said bottom. a male elbow that provides a transition from the tailpipe exhaust nozzle device to a flexible exhaust hose.

2 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein said body ring portion and said tailpipe adaptor are made of stainless steel.

3 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein said transition elbow is made of stainless steel and has an adjustable clamp area and debris screen.

4 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein said plurality of magnets are rare earth element magnets.

5 . The device according to claim 4 , wherein said plurality of magnets are made of neodymium.

6 . The device according to claim 4 , wherein said plurality of magnets are made of a samarium-cobalt alloy.

7 . The device according to claim 4 , wherein said plurality of magnets are made of a neodymium-iron-boron alloy.

8 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein said polymeric boot is an ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM).

9 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein said device, said body ring portion, said bottom, said male adaptor, said side and said top shelf surface are in the shape of a cylinder.

10 . The device according to claim 1 , wherein said device is used in combination with a vehicle exhaust removal system.

11 . A tailpipe exhaust nozzle device to help to expel vehicle exhaust fumes from a building with a vehicle with a vertical stack exhaust pipe, comprising:
a body ring portion that may be in the shape of a cylinder with a bottom that may be in the shape of a cylinder and an inner aperture; a male adaptor that may be in the shape of a cylinder with a side that may be in the shape of a cylinder and a top shelf surface that may be in the shape of a cylinder that is integral with said inner aperture forming a clamp groove between said body ring portion and said top shelf surface; and a plurality of tabs each with an individual aperture sidewardly protruding from said cylindrical bottom, to accommodate a means for attaching said exhaust pipe nozzle device to said vehicle.

12 . The device according to claim 11 , wherein said body ring portion is made of stainless steel.

13 . The device according to claim 11 , wherein said male adaptor is made of stainless steel.

14 . The device according to claim 11 , wherein said means for attaching is a plurality of screws and a plurality of bolts.

15 . The device according to claim 11 , wherein said device, said body ring portion, said bottom, said male adaptor, said side and said top shelf surface are in the shape of a cylinder.

16 . An exhaust pipe nozzle device used in combination with a vehicle exhaust removal system to help to expel vehicle exhaust fumes from a building for a vehicle with a vertical stack exhaust pipe, comprising:
a body ring portion that may be in the shape of a cylinder with a bottom that may be in the shape of a cylinder and an inner aperture; a male adaptor that may be in the shape of a cylinder with a side that may be in the shape of a cylinder and a top shelf surface that may be in the shape of a cylinder that is integral with said inner aperture forming a clamp groove between said body ring portion and said top shelf surface; and a plurality of tabs each with an individual aperture sidewardly protruding from said bottom, to accommodate a means for attaching said exhaust pipe nozzle device to said vehicle.

17 . The device according to claim 16 , wherein said body ring portion is made of stainless steel.

18 . The device according to claim 16 , wherein said male adaptor is made of stainless steel.
