Compact Kit
Abstract
A compact kit for holding cosmetic articles includes a base member and a top member pivotally coupled with the base member for covering the base member. The base member includes a plurality of pairs of supporting members disposed thereon and extending upward from the base member. Each pair of the plurality of pairs of supporting members includes a first supporting member and a second supporting member opposite to the first supporting member, which are disposed in a spaced apart relation and adapted to removably receive a first cosmetic article therebetween. The base member further includes a plurality of indentations formed thereon. Each indentation of the plurality of indentations is adapted to removably receive a second cosmetic article therewithin.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A compact kit for holding cosmetic articles, the compact kit comprising:
a base member comprising,
a plurality of pairs of supporting members disposed on the base member and extending upward from the base member, each pair of the plurality of pairs of supporting members comprising a first supporting member and a second supporting member opposite to the first supporting member, the first supporting member and the second supporting member disposed in a spaced apart relation and adapted to removably receive a first cosmetic article therebetween, and
a plurality of indentations formed on the base member, each indentation of the plurality of indentations adapted to removably receive a second cosmetic article therewithin; and
a top member pivotally coupled with the base member for covering the base member.
2 . The compact kit of claim 1 , wherein each of the first supporting member and the second supporting member comprises a sliding channel for slidably receiving the first cosmetic article therethrough, for enabling the first cosmetic article to be removably received between the first supporting member and the second supporting member.
3 . The compact kit of claim 1 , wherein the first supporting member and the second supporting member are adapted to removably receive the first cosmetic article, such that the first cosmetic article is capable of being snap-fitted between the first supporting member and the second supporting member.
4 . The compact kit of claim 1 , wherein the top member is pivotally coupled with the base member by one or more coupling mechanisms disposed on a first edge of the base member, and a first corresponding edge of the top member, wherein the first corresponding edge of the top member is aligned with the first edge of the base member when the top member is laid over the base member.
5 . The compact kit of claim 4 , wherein each coupling mechanism of the one or more coupling mechanisms is a hinge mechanism.
6 . The compact kit of claim 4 , further comprising one or more closure mechanisms for releasably securing the top member to the base member, each of the one or more closure mechanisms comprising,
a first engagement member configured on a second edge opposite to the first edge of the base member, and a second engagement member configured on a second corresponding edge opposite to the first corresponding edge of the top member, the second corresponding edge capable of being aligned with the second edge of the base member when the top member is laid over the base member, wherein the first engagement member engages with the second engagement member when the top member is laid over the base member for closing the compact kit.
7 . The compact kit of claim 1 , wherein the first cosmetic article is a cosmetic cartridge capable of holding a makeup material.
8 . The compact kit of claim 1 , wherein the second cosmetic article is a cosmetic brush.
9 . The compact kit of claim 1 , wherein the second cosmetic article is a lotion.
10 . The compact kit of claim 1 , wherein the second cosmetic article is a perfume.
11 . The compact kit of claim 1 , further comprising a mirror mounted on an inner surface of the top member.
12 . The compact kit of claim 1 , wherein the top member is composed of a plastic material.
13 . The compact kit of claim 1 , wherein the base member is composed of a plastic material.
14 . The compact kit of claim 1 , wherein the each pair of the plurality of pairs of supporting members is composed of a plastic material.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
